Appartement 1 chambre bien entretenu avec une terrasse meublée à quelques pas de la piscine commune. L'appartement lui-même offre un salon / salle à manger ouvert et une cuisine complète avec tous les appareils dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, y compris une plaque de cuisson 4 feux, un four et un grand réfrigérateur / congélateur.

Le salon spacieux offre un grand canapé en forme de L et est climatisé pour votre confort. Vous pouvez profiter d'une large gamme de chaînes de télévision britanniques et irlandaises sur un grand écran plat. Si vous préférez vous installer avec un film, nous fournissons un lecteur DVD avec DVD, assorti de livres et de magazines.

La chambre à coucher offre des lits confortables, une armoire intégrée et une commode. Un coffre-fort gratuit et un sèche-cheveux sont fournis.

Vous trouverez également une machine à laver, un fer et une planche à repasser pour votre commodité.

Le complexe est calme, avec seulement 18 appartements, il y a donc toujours assez de place au bord de la piscine. Il y a un supermarché juste en face du complexe et un grand parking si vous en avez besoin. Le complexe au-dessus de la route permet au grand public d’utiliser son restaurant et son bar, si vous préférez une soirée plus près de chez vous.

Lovely stay in apartment no 1.Good location, apartment small but good enough for two people . Clean and tidy with decent cooking facilities.Obviously due to the time of year we visited the pool was too cold to be used but we still used the sun loungers!Florence came to visit to make sure everything was ok and was responsive to texts during the stay. Overall a good apartment within easy reach of local bars, restaurants and the beach

A great little complex only a short 10 min stroll to the front. Perfect size for a couple with a nice little patio area the comfortably fits 2. I really did like the place.

Great apartment

Great location, short walk to all amenities. The apartment has all that you need for self catering and has a nice terrace close to the pool. Florence couldn't have been more helpful both during the booking process and our stay. Would highly recommend

Had a lovely relaxing stay over Christmas. Florence our host was about the complex everyday checking her guests were enjoying their stay and if they needed anything. It was like a home from home. Will definitely return some time this year.

Fabulous apartment, little gem.

Fabulous apartment on a beautiful small quiet complex. Gorgeous pool. Florence the owner always on call if needed, will help anyway possible. Stayed here 10 years ago and enjoyed it, so that’s why we returned. Would have returned sooner but my Husband has had lots of health issues. You won’t be disappointed.

Lovely apartment

Ideal apartment for a couple, pool just a couple of steps away. All day sun on the patio. Host Florence came and checked we were happy with everything throughout our stay and had a lovely welcome package there for us on our arrival. Small quite complex and I would highly recommend it if you are looking for relaxing days in the sun. Security very good at the complex.

Amazing, would highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I stayed in this lovely apartment for a week and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. 10 minute walk from the strip, right beside the communal pool, supermarket 2 minutes away, the location was fantastic! It had everything you we needed - washing machine, cooking utensils, air con. Florence was so helpful and professional. We hope to stay there again in the future!

Fab apartment

Like a wee home from home. Air con, fully equiped kitchen, large screen tv with sat. channels. Patio area to pool and loungers literally less than 10m. Host Florence dropped by and checked we were ok n if needed anything. Had even left a few essentials, water, milk etc. for us arriving. Thanks again Florence. Hope to be back again soon!

Lovely Apartment - fantastic host

Really enjoyed our stay in this apartment which is ideally located. Apartment is well equipped in a small, well maintained complex. Supermarket is literally metres away. Florence is a fantastic host who was very responsive through the whole booking process and during our stay. Will definitely we returning as soon we can.

Fantastic stay

We lived it here in Las Palmeras apartments, our rooms were spacious and very clean, large screen tv with all the channels, all cooking facilities with large fridge freezer which was a bonus as we was there for 3 weeks. Our apartment was right near the pool, just seconds away, plenty of loungers for everyone. A nice 10 minutes walk to the strip with lots of bars and restaurants. Florence was lovely, she met us there to give a guided tour and explain gate security numbers etc, nothing was too much trouble, we would definitely recommend a stay here, we will be back, Thankyou Florence..

Happy Days!

Absolutely lovely apartment! Clean and nicely furnished, well situated and metres from a pool. The complex was quiet and well looked after, nice respectful neighbours who have returned for a stay many times. A short walk down the hill to the shops and beach, a mini mart 2 mins walk away and a main supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Everything was really great, Florence was so welcoming and thought of everything. I'm aiming to stay here again in the future.

Holiday

Apartment was great very clean and near to a shop. Florence was very nice. Only problem we had was the air conditioner was a meter and we did not know so the first day or so we had no AC. after Florence told us we got change and everything was good although the meter really eats the money and the AC was only in the living room. Wonderful holiday though and pool was amazing.

Very good clean attractive accommodation and a great location.

It was dark when we arrived late evening. We were met by Florence the owner. She was extremely helpful, showed us round the accommodation explaining how TV etc worked. Florence provided two complimentary bottles of wine and a bowl of fresh fruit. She then walked with us a short distance to some local bars and restaurants to make sure we knew our way back. The actual accommodation is perfect for a couple we found it ideally suited our needs. We found it very clean with plenty of towels and comfortable beds. and a good shower. The kitchen area had all the equipment and utensils necessary. The pool area was clean and great for sunbathing throughout the day. Florence also made available a supply of fresh bottled water at a very reasonable cost of 1Euro per bottle. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Las Palmeras II

Lovely apartment in a nice quiet complex. Communication with the lovely host Florence was excellent both before and during my stay. The apartment is situated in a nice small complex which is about a 5 minute walk from the strip and beach. It is just a few metres away from the pool. The apartment was clean, excellent choice of TV channels, very well equipped kitchen which also includes a washing machine, and excellent bathroom with good hot water supply. The beds were comfortable with plenty of storage space in the bedrooms and a safe is also available. Good sized terrace to the front. I would definitely stay here again.

Superbe appartement et superbe accueil

Nous avons bien été reçu par notre hôte. Le cadre était parfait et la localisation idéale. Madame Deacon a été au petit soin avec nous. Petits bémol : la climatisation est à payer en sus (il faut mettre des pièces pour activer le compteur électrique) et la propreté de l’appartement n’était pas optimal, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé nous étions en vacances donc pas de soucis.

Originally from Ireland, we have lived in Lanzarote for many years now and our own apartment is just across the street, so we are always on hand should you need anything. We are well travelled ourselves and my husband and I love to welcome new guests and share our local knowledge.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We try to keep our apartments as cosy and well equipped as possible - you´ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive. We are in a quiet location but have the convenience of being just 600 meters away from the main avenida with all the shops, bars, restaurants and beautiful white sandy beach. The more traditional old town is also just a short a walk away, so you can enjoy the best of both worlds.
