This spacious and bright 2 bedroom apartment is set within a brand new development in Layerthorpe, York. You will find everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen/open plan living area, 2 spacious bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin), 2 modern bathrooms (1 including a bath) with complimentary toiletries and towels as well as Wifi throughout. This is the perfect base for up to 4 guests to make the most of York.
The Space:
This stunning apartment has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings and modern fixtures and fittings throughout. The floor to ceiling windows let natural light shine through the flat. The open plan living space features a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need to get creative with cooking from home, a dining table, sofa, armchair and smart TV. You can also access the large balcony, with outdoor seating - the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine! The apartment has high speed broadband throughout. There are 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin - both featuring comfortable beds made up with crisp hotel linen, full length windows and storage space for clothes. One also has an en-suite shower room. The modern family bathroom has a shower with bath, toilet and sink as well as complimentary toiletries and fresh towels for your use.

Guests have sole access to the property.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of York, it's just a 5 minute walk to the city centre, where you will find an array of shops, bars, restauants and historical attractions. York Minster, the largest gothic cathedral in Northern Europe and the Jorvik Viking Centre are just a 10 minute walk away, whilst York Castle Museum can be reached in just 20 minutes on foot. You are also well placed to access the historic city walls, which you can walk around and get the best view of the city free of charge. There's also an Asda and a large Morrisions supermarket just around the corner from the apartment.
Getting Around:
Being so centrally located, most areas of the city are easily explored on foot. Should you wish to rest your legs there are bus routes that service the nearby main road, and local taxi services. The main York Train Station, with links to other UK cities, is around a 25 minute walk away, or a short taxi ride.
Other Things to Note:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay.
Hairdryer, vacuum, iron and ironing board are available.
Please note you must confirm your check in time at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.
