A gorgeous, stylish villa with incredible views. Close to beautiful beaches and tavernas but in its own peaceful space. Perfect! And a wonderful property host and owner - thank you Natalie and Dimitra!

Wonderful stay

We had a lovely time at the house - it's beautiful, very clean, the views are amazing. It's a great place to relax. The owner of the house is incredibly responsive and helpful - as is the lovely couple living close-by that's taking care of the house and is available for questions too. If you're looking for a house to unwind - this is perfect for you!

One of the best vista’s I’ve ever seen. Watching the sunrise was truly spectacular. The house is beautifully decorated and clean. We will be coming back again!

Wonderful Property

This is a fantastic property with spectacular elevated marine views of Ithaca and the Mediterranean. Conveniently close to charming Fiskardo yet feels peaceful and secluded. Comfortable beds, great showers a charming, characterful interior. Lots of exterior shade to lounge by the pool. We really cannot fault this villa. Dimitra and Nataly were responsive and attentive to every need. We would definitely recommend and hope to return one day. Thank you Dimitra!

Beautiful villa in an equally beautiful location

Thank you so much to Dimitra for a wonderful holiday in Fiskardo. The villa is comfortable, perfectly laid out and beautifully styled. Dimitra was also super helpful and answered all our questions very quickly. We ate most evenings on the outside table looking out at Ithaca and the sea - a perfect view that we never tired of to end our day! The villa is about a 5 minutes drive from Fiskardo and located near some stunning beaches and great restaurants. We couldn't recommend the Evreti Dream House more and we will definitely be back!

Beautifully appointed villa

The Dreamhouse is a beautiful new villa with stunning views. It is a 10 minute drive up windy roads from Maganos into the forested area. The villa itself was lovely plenty of space, comfy beds and bathrooms for all. Unfortunately we had a big problem with wasps and were unable to sit round the pool or eat outside at all during the week. This was disappointing as we didn’t use the villa to its full potential.

It truly is a 'Dreamhouse'

'Dreamhouse' was exactly that......just perfect! The house is beautifully designed and furnished and the pool and outside area are fantastic. The views from the house overlooking the sea are incredible, anytime of the day. We have been to Kefalonia many times before but this time we seemed to spend so much more time at the villa and chilling in the pool....we couldn't tear ourselves away! Dimitra the owner was extremely helpful and easy to deal with, ensuring that we had the most wonderful holiday. We will be back!

Had a fabulous 2-week stay at this beautiful property. Dimitra was so easy to communicate with and very accommodating. beautiful modern fittings, peace, quiet, and privacy. pool was the cleanest we've ever had in 25+ years of villa rentals in the med. only a couple of minor suggestions: perhaps a little more comfortable outdoor furniture (nearest to the kitchen door), and screens on either the kitchen or living room door would help being able to enter/exit/ and allow air-flow without insects. thank you so much Dimitra!

A real dream house!

Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 boys) loved staying in Dimitra’s spacious and thoughtfully designed Dreamhouse. The space was perfect and well thought-out and we loved the homely touches such as card games, magazines and a fab choice of music CDs! The house was very generously equipped with kitchen appliances and furniture, extra pillows and duvets and towels. Dimitra had also left some food items to greet us which made us feel especially welcome, and was available thought out stay via email/phone - we felt very well looked-after. We love Kefaloni and the Dreamhouse is ideally located for the northern part of the island, a short car-drive to wonderful beaches and the charming town of Fiskardo. We couldn’t recommend the Dreamhouse enough - thank you Dimitra for a wonderful stay.

GREAT!

The house both inside and out is great and the views looking out to the sea and Ithica (especially from the top balcony) are stunning. The location is peaceful and private yet just a short drive away from Fiskardo. We stayed as a family of four but the house would work well for three couples also. Each bedroom has its own bathroom that wouldn’t look out of place in a boutique hotel and the social spaces both inside and outside have been done well. Dimitra arranged a cot and high chair for our baby and had left a few essentials for us in the fridge which was greatly appreciated as we arrived too late to go to the shops. She was also very responsive to the questions we had while we were there. (Airbnb guest)

Wow - Dreamhouse is gorgeous!

Wow - Dreamhouse is gorgeous. The views are stunning and the villa itself is beautiful. Stylishly finished throughout and to a high standard. Every room and every bathroom is gorgeous. Clean lines and calming, natural colours with quality furnishings - perfect. Even better than the photographs. It's a short drive (8 mins) from Foki Beach and about 12 mins to Fiskardo yet the peace and tranquility at the villa is sublime. Nothing but trees, mountains and sea to the front of the property. Dimitra is very helpful and extremely quick to respond to any questions. Some thoughtful touches on arrival were also very much appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa - you will not be disappointed. It is stunning and a great base to explore this beautiful island (if you can pull yourself away from the villa). Just wonderful.

The most magical place we have ever stayed

Wow. What a place! Often property names give an over-exaggerated promise, but the Evreti Dream House couldn't be more aptly named. We have genuinely never stayed in such an incredible location or villa. The layout, design, finish and tidiness of this place was exceptional. The photos, whilst beautiful absolutely do not do this villa justice. We are already planning to come back next year. We arrived in darkness (with an abundance of stars that we rarely get to see so bright), and were blown away by the property. But, when we woke up to sunrise coming up over Ithica the next morning it was the most magical thing. Located in the small village of Evreti with only a handful of houses, every single view from the property was uninterrupted nature - mountains into sea and the island opposite. It was difficult to spot other houses when looking out over the view, and we felt so secluded and private. Despite this, the drive was no issue and the arrival instructions from the Dimitra were excellent, even in the dark we were able to easily find the property and get in. Natalie, who helped with our arrival was kind, informative and attentive and the communication with her was excellent. Fiskardo is a short 10 minute drive away, and a couple of well-stocked mini-markets and tavernas in Maganos are about half that distance away. We were given a number of recommendations for places to visit and eat by Dimitra and Natalie, and all were great. Thank you! We will be back!!!

Our visit to the Dream House

On arrival our first impression was, this looks a nice place. on entering the Villa we were more than impressed, the layout and the furnishings were both excellent, the fixtures and fittings would not have been out of place in any five star hotel. The fridge was full of all the required daily items that included eggs, orange juice, milk and plenty of bottled water. on further investigation the cupboards had coffee, tea, olive oil, cereals and there was a fresh loaf of bread as well. the owners had thought of everything. Once in and settled we investigated the outside area. the pool was just wonderful, the BBQ area was large enough for a family and the decking around the pool along with the sun beds was lovely and spacious. having spent the day around the pool it was time to look at the bedrooms. three large rooms all three with the most wonderful on-suites, air conditioning and the master with an overhead fan as well. it was a pleasure to lay your head down at the end of the day. the beds were firm but exceptionally comfortable and the pillows, they were to die for. we will certainly be returning to the Dream House next year. the owner Dimitra is easily contactable and very quick to respond to texts or messages. I would highly recommend a visit to this wonderful Villa, it is in a lovely location close to Fiscardo and many special bays that each have wonderful places to eat and or drink and secluded bays that are well worth finding and enjoying.

The most beautiful house in the most beautiful place

This is hands down the best villa I’ve ever stayed in (and I’ve stayed in a lot!). Exquisite decor, immaculately clean, delicious pool and the views - wow! Total tranquility but super close to Fiskardo and lots of lovely beaches. It really was a dream house.

The Dream House is even more beautiful than it looks on the website. The location is amazing, extremely quiet but within an easy drive of Fiskardo and numerous lovely beaches. The owner was extremely helpful and the tips for restaurants etc excellent. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
