Elle offre les meilleures vues sur la mer tout en préservant sa vie privée. Elle dispose d’une cuisine et d’une salle à manger entièrement équipées, de deux salons spacieux, d’une pièce traditionnellement meublée et confortable, de deux chambres et d’une salle de bains. La villa de plain-pied est facilement accessible depuis la route principale et convient aux enfants et aux personnes âgées. Toutes les pièces principales ont un accès direct et facile aux terrasses extérieures et à la piscine. Les concierges internes qui séjournent dans le studio séparé du rez-de-chaussée garantissent également que la villa sera prête à l’heure et bien entretenue quotidiennement.

Liladi - Peaceful and beautiful location

Good sized property and pool. Ticked all the boxes. Very kind and friendly hosts. Beautiful views. You need a car to be able to get to tavernas or other resorts. Excellent for a relaxed and chill out holiday in very picturesque surroundings.

Perfect holiday

This is an ideal base for a holiday. It is in a very peaceful hamlet with stunning views which raise your spirits every time you gaze out. Fiskardo is a very short drive away with its harbour side restaurants and cafés there are also pretty villages nearby with very good restaurants too. We were very well looked after by the kind and friendly caretakers, who, as well as doing a great job of maintaining this beautiful property, welcomed us warmly and provided us with some delicious home made treats. Overall, we loved staying here and would love to return.

Great location and beautiful view

This is a lovely home with a beautiful view and friendly care-takers. Its location is near Fiskardo, which is an upscale harbor village with many sailboats and luxury yachts. If you have time, make your way to Alati Beach, which is small and secluded. The Alati restaurant, overlooking the water, makes a wonderful place for lunch or dinner. its on the opposite side of Fiskardo.

We had the most wonderful stay at this villa. Nikos was easily contactable for any information and the couple who maintain the property were a delight. They ensured we had everything we needed and even treated us to a homemade desert and fresh bread. The location is slightly out of Fiskardo which we enjoyed as it was lovely and peaceful. The pool was a godsend with the very hot temperatures whilst we were there. I would highly recommed staying here if you and your family would like a peaceful break.

The perfect holiday villa

We loved our stay at Villa Liladi. The villa is situated in a very peaceful location, a short drive from Fiskardo, and has stunning views. There are plenty of beaches nearby and the villa also has an excellent sized pool. Nikos was always prompt and helpful with any queries that we had. The housekeepers are lovely and leave you with plenty of space, but are friendly and great with kids. They brought us treats throughout our stay, including some apricots straight from the garden! We would definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Lliladi. The views from the villa across to Ithaca were stunning and the property itself was immaculate. Makis and his wife who were the housekeepers living downstairs couldn’t do too much for us. They helped with everything and any small issues were solved in an instant! The villa is in a wonderfully peaceful location yet a stones throw from buzzing Fiskardo and the gorgeous local beaches.Nikos the owner was very responsive to our every need. We will definitely be back!

A magical week

We had the most fabulous 6 nights at Villa Liladi. What a beautiful place. The caretakers were fabulous, stocking the fridge for arrival, breakfast surprise on day 4 and a Lego gift for our 10 year old son on leaving. A truly memorable family holiday. Beautiful pool area and view. Just one point: the beds are pretty firm and we struggled for a good night's sleep. Solve that and it will be perfect. Thank you. We'll be back. Caroline, Danny and Leo

We have taken the feedback from you and past guests about the beds seriously. We had arranged to change the beds and mattresses for this season, but because of the worldwide supply chain problems and shortages, we were unable to do this on time. In fact, one of the main beds will be changed in the next few days. It is unfortunate that you didn't have the opportunity to enjoy it. Maybe sometime in the future.

An exceptional property

Villa Liladi is a simply wonderful villa. My wife and I had a two-week holiday based there and can unreservedly recommend it. Its location is perfect, affording peaceful and stunning views from its terrace of the seas separating Kephalonia from the smaller island of Ithica and the Greek mainland. It is also just some 4 km from the lovely, busy harbour (‘Yachty’ ) town of Fiskardo and just 3 km from the heavenly uncrowded beach at Foki Bay and others near-by. The villa itself is charming, built on a traditional style, and is well equipped for all needs, especially the lovely private swimming pool to enjoy. One of the unexpected delights of the villa is the on-site presence of the housekeeper Makis and his wife, who live discretely in an apartment below the villa. They efficiently answered any queries we had, provided first class service tending the pool etc and gave us home-made treats from their kitchen during our stay. This gesture and the villa itself made our holiday memorable. An exceptional property.

Stunning!

Stunning, elevated views from the spacious terrace, across the Ionian sea towards Ithaka. A lovely, well-presented and well-maintained property in a quiet rural location, but only ten minutes drive from Fiskardo. The Villa is hosted and cared for by Makis and Kassiani, who live on-site, but are so quiet and discreet that you only see them when you need them or when they bring you a delicious home cooked meal. They are wonderful and really kind and helpful. Communication with Nikos was clear, prompt and helpful. We enjoyed an excellent, relaxing stay. The pool was clean and a good temperature and the air-conditioning effective. Highlights were watching the sunrise over Ithaka, and at night, starwatching while lying on the sun loungers. We also enjoyed the table tennis! All in all - a super holiday. Thank you.

Blissful Kefalonia Break

Last year we returned from an amazing stay at Villa Liladi which was just perfect and we are looking forward to visit the villa again. We have been to Kefalonia many times but usually stay in hotels of apartments in Trapezaki or Skala. As we had just a few nights and wanted to visit Fiskardo and northern Kefalonia, we decided to stay closer. We wanted peace and quiet and so booked Villa Liladi. It was just what we needed. It was super quiet because it located in a small and peacefull village. The pool was perfect and the grounds beautiful. There was so much space and it was great to have unique panoramic views. Kassiani and Makis were super friendly and helpful and kindly offered us Greek delicacies and a meal. We thoroughly enjoyed having a private villa with a private pool, where we didn't have to fight with others for space around the pool. Beautiful villa in an awesome location. We are still looking forward to be back!

Perfect little family villa.

We had an amazing holiday in this little villa. The owners live below and honestly what lovely people they are, leaving delicious homemade treats throughout our stay. We arrived really late but they were waiting for us and there was a comprehensive welcome pack which got us started on our first day. The Villa situation is off the beaten track but it is a very short drive to the beautiful Fiscardo and an even shorter drive to Foki Beach. It has fantastic views, and because once up the steps you are all on one level it is perfect for relaxed family living. The swimming pool is gorgeous and great for a dip first thing or at the end of the day after the beach. We spent a couple of pool days, chilling and eating and there are plenty of spaces for us and our teenage children to have a bit of privacy. The sharing of the bathroom which is small and not ideal for essentially 4 adults, served it’s purpose, it isn’t a deal breaker though, as the rest of this gorgeous place more than makes up for it. The villa has everything you need, it is so well appointed. We would definitely book again, we loved it.

Relaxing stay in a beautiful villa

My sister and I stayed at the Villa Liladi in July 2024. It’s in a quiet village surrounded by woodland, with superb views across to Ithaca and Lefkada. There are two big patio areas and a beautiful pool which is hidden from view. On our first day we were left a lovely hamper in the fridge of juice, beer, wine, fruit and vegetables. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a BBQ. We saw beautiful sunrises, and the colours across the channel were spectacular in an evening. At night the skies are dark enough to see the Milky Way. The housekeepers, Makis and his wife, live downstairs, so we felt very safe. They kindly brought us fresh linen and waste-paper bags halfway through the week. Makis kept the pool spotlessly clean early every morning. There are supermarkets in Fiskardo, and in Magganos. We enjoyed meals out in both locations (around 12 mins’ drive). We had some breakfasts and coffees in Fiskardo, best enjoyed earlier in the morning before the crowds. The bakery, as well as pastries and breads, sold excellent ice-creams! We rented a boat from Regina’s boats for a day, don’t forget to bring a snorkel, and book in advance. We recommend the boat trip to Ithaca on the ‘Odysseas’, again with some beautiful swimming spots, snorkelling, and stops at Frikes and Kioni. Assos is 30 mins’ drive away. On the way, stop at Jerusalem Beach. We borrowed the parasol from the villa. It is quite rocky, but it’s quiet in the morning, the swimming is good and there’s lots of sea-life.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist toll für einen Familie Aufenthalt! Der Gastgeber und das verwaltende Ehepaar sind sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden zwei Mal mit selbst gebackenen Köstlichkeiten überrascht. Das nahegelegene Fiscardo ist ein sehr schöner Ort um den Abend zu verbringen. The villa is beautiful, clean , with terraces all round, a lovely big pool and amazing views . Makis greeted us warmly upon arrival , and a lovely welcome pack awaited us in the kitchen . The housekeepers are very low key but very kind, they would drop gifts in for us throughout the week. I would definitely recommend villa Liladi to anyone wanting a quiet relaxing holiday. Prachtig huis met mooi uitzicht

Erg prettig huis, zeer aangenaam verblijf. Auto nodig voor boodschappen en uitstapjes maar daardoor is het huis en de omgeving erg rustig en stil. De uitzichten op Ithaka en Lefkas zijn prachtig. De beheerders zijn zeer vriendelijk maar spreken geen Engels. Airco in de slaapkamers en woonkamer (en die heb je nodig!). Niet al te groot maar voortreffelijk zwembad. Bedden zijn wat aan de harde kant. Contact met de eigenaar verloopt snel en goed. Wij raden het huis zeer aan,

Come ho già detto a posto meraviglioso casa veramente bella pulita bella piscina vedute straordinarie però potevano specificare meglio che le pulizie venivano fatte una volta settimana da loro e quindi per tante cose devi provvedere tu anche il bagno in una casa così grande era molto piccolo senza la doccia ma con solo la vasca non c’era una tenda quindi quando tentavi di fare la doccia bagnavi tutto il bagno piccolo !! secondo me con i soldi che chiedono e che non sono pochi dovrebbero organizzarsi per fare un secondo bagno che lo spazio c’è rifornire un po’ di più le stoviglie della cucina e spiegare meglio il concetto delle pulizie!! Comunque devo ringraziare la coppia di signori marito e moglie che nonostante io non so l’inglese sono stati sempre molto gentili premurosi ci hanno offerto dolci fatti in casa da loro liquori e devo dire tutto buono!!
