Villa Kalogris dispose d'une piscine privée, d'un barbecue et d'un parking. Cette propriété traditionnelle de 2 étages offre une vue imprenable sur la mer Ionienne et les îles voisines d'Ithaque et de Lefkas. Il est situé à seulement 500 mètres du village de Maganos avec des tavernes locales, des supérettes, des épiceries et à 3 km du pittoresque Fiskardo. Cette jolie villa est idéalement située au milieu des oliviers et de belles fleurs dans un cadre reposant et paisible. Il est élégamment meublé et entièrement équipé avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vos vacances. Au rez-de-chaussée il y a un salon spacieux avec cheminée, des canapés confortables et une salle à manger / cuisine séparée pouvant accueillir six personnes. Le salon a 2 portes-fenêtres qui donnent directement sur la terrasse de la piscine. Au rez-de-chaussée il y a aussi une chambre double et une salle de bain spacieuse. À l'étage supérieur, il y a deux chambres lits jumeaux avec salle de bains et balcon privé. Les trois chambres sont climatisées.

Superb villa

The villa was nothing short of perfect! The views were stunning and the villa itself built with care and good planning.The outside pool area is landscaped beautifully and wonderfully private.Everything was provided for a virtual home from home stay. Perfect house with panoramic views. I don’t think we will ever stay in a place which will beat the views! Pool was a perfect addition to keep us cool and house has everything that you could need. Great location for exploring the area.

Fantastic villa

We had a truly wonderful time at the villa and Nick was a fantastic host. He was so helpful and made our stay very easy. The pool area is so well thought out and the sea views are incredible. The facilities were good and the aircon worked well and was much appreciated in the heat. This is such a gem that we are keen to return soon!

Excellent property

Stylish property close to Fiskardo and excellent local village with great restaurants and local shops. Lovely garden with ample seating, views and able to be in shade or sun at any time. Nick very helpful and will visit again.

Great villa

It is the second time we rented this villa and it is one of our favorite. Nick is a great host. The villa is very clean and quiet, the view is amazing. The exterior is as nice as the interior. Nice beds, nice climatisation nice pool and nice view. Couldn’t ask for more

Fabulous villa and location

Gorgeous villa, amazing views and a lovely area of Kefalonia with Fiskardo only ten minute drive away. Nick the property owner was very helpful and friendly with regular pool cleaning and a villa mid week clean.

A perfect family villa just outside Fiscardo

We had a wonderful time in this lovely villa. The location was just what we wanted just outside Fiscardo. The villa had incredible views and lovely pool and eating / sunbathing area that we enjoyed relaxing in. Nick was very friendly and helpful and came to find us when we took a wrong turn on the way there. We would definitely recommend a stay here!

Kefalonian Magic

The property is in a fabulous location with views over the Ionian sea . It is situated in a quiet location with a lovely pool. Two of the bedrooms have balconies again with fabulous views.. It's is very wel equipped and the owner Nick was a pleasure to deal with. We look forward to returning soon.

We had the most amazing week. The villa was perfect in every way and the area was beautiful. A car is essential. Our host Nikos was delightful and very helpfull. We didn't want to leave. We would definitely like to return in the future.

Nice house to base your explorations of Kefalonia. We didn’t hang out much at the house but enjoyed the space while we were there. End of season was still lovely and Nick went out of his way to help us with getting to Ithaca.

Beautiful villa with great views

We had such a lovely stay at this villa! The gardens and pool area is beautiful with stunning views across the sea to Ithaca, Lefkada and the mainland. We could’ve stared at the views all day! But then there are lovely beaches and the picturesque town of Fiskardo just a short drive away. The accommodation had everything we needed and felt very clean and it was great that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Nick our host was so friendly and quick to respond to messages. We could not have been happier with our holiday stay!

Perfect location for an October holiday in Kefalonia.

The lovely villa exceeded our expectations. Nick welcomed us warmly and was easily accessible when we had questions. The villa is quiet, private, clean and comfortable. It has all the amenities one could possibly need. What a perfect place to return to after our daily adventures. The outdoor space around the pool (used daily!) is spacious and well equipped with comfortable lounge chairs and tables. The closest community Magano had good tavernas and food markets. Fiscardo is a short drive away and Assos and Myrtos beach are easily accessible. A perfect stay for two best friends!

Idyllic property

We had a wonderful 9 day stay in Nick’s stunning house. The view is absolutely breathtaking and we spent most of our time at the villa relaxing by the pool. The house is immaculate and well equipped and the air conditioning is very effective so it makes a very comfortable stay. Maganos is 15 minutes walk down the road and we had 2 lovely meals out at Alia’s yard watching the sunset. Nick was so welcoming and always on hand to answer questions with suggestions of where to go. You definitely need a car to explore and Fiskardo, Assos and the many stunning beaches are an easy drive away.

Amazing!

This is one of the best places we have stayed. Nick is such an awesome host and was always available to help or answer any questions. The villa is just marvellous and relaxing. There were 6 of us and we never felt crowded. So much room to relax around the pool with stunning views of the sea. . Places to sit in the shade. The kitchen was equipped with everything one would need and the bedrooms were a good size with comfortable beds. The washing machine was great to have as well. Only a couple of minutes to the village of Maganos which has a small grocery store and a great restaurant called “Picnic’ with awesome food and service. Only about 10 minutes to Fiskardo with many shops and restaurants and a lovely marina. So many beaches to choose from close by the villa. We would most definitely recommend booking this villa. You will not be disappointed in any way!

A REAL GEM

This is a gem. This photos don’t really do it justice. Very quiet and private with incredible views of the ocean and mountains from the pool area. The house is in excellent condition. It feels like an old authentic villa, but feels all new and clean inside with smooth stone floors. The host Nikos (aka Nick) is fantastic. Very helpful and kind, The location sits up above Fiskardo (about a very short 10 minute drive. You are not within walking distance of Fiskardo but that’s actually a good thing as that looks like it could get a little too busy during the summer. Fiskardo has tons of restaurants (a little pricy) and a wonderful bakery (incredible treats and great prices) in the Fiskardo square that is a must. There is a wonderful 20 minute flat hike adjacent to the Fiskardo square. The charming tiny village of Magganos is only about a 3 minute drive and has at least 3 wonderful restaurants and two small markets. We stayed 3 nights and wished we had stayed a week. The washing machine worked very well and I was surprised how fast our clothes dried on the rack outside (the constant refreshing breeze made a big difference). When we arrived a wonderful fruit bowl and two (excellent) bottles of wine awaited us. All the bedrooms had split mini ac/ heaters and each bedroom had a private bathroom. Really wonderful place, hope to come back again some day.

Tolle Lage, schöner Blick

Nick äußert freundlich engagiert. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig oberhalb, ca 10 km von Fiskardo entfernt. Die Spülmaschine war klein, die Ausstattung der Küche ausreichend, aber sehr klein. Der Abfluss in der Küche roch etwas- aber das ist in Griechenland häufiger ein Problem. Wir kamen damit zurecht. Das Haus liegt an einer kleinen kaum befahrenen Straße, die uns nicht gestört hat. Alle Fenster und Türen sind mit hochwertigen Moskitonetzen ausgestattet. Für uns war der Norden der Insel am reizvollsten. Tolle kleine Strände, alle in ca 10 min erreichbar. Besonders schön fanden wir Emplisi mit schattenspendenden Bäumen, kleinem Kiosk und glasklarem Wasser. Das Haus können wir sehr empfehlen. Danke Nick

Exceeded expectations

Our stay exceeded our expectations. All facilities were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Lounge and kitchen etc were well equipped. The pool and patio area were cleaned on a regular basis. The views from the house and patio are stunning. The nearby town of Friscado is excellent for tourists , plenty of eating places and a restful harbour. The host Nick went out of his way to make us feel comfortable, was helpful with his advice and very prompt to personally any day to day problems which arose. We will certainly return.

Just beautiful

Lovely relaxing villa, the views really are spectacular. The house is well equipped inside and out. The location is peaceful, tranquil distant ringing of goat bells the only sound. The location is great, 2 minute drive to Maganos village centre and 5 minute drive to Foki beech. 10 minutes drive to Fiscardo. Also easy access to the coastal road to the rest of the island. The house is well maintained and we would definitely recommend it.
