La Villa Regina est une villa charmante et calme située au bord du charmant village Agia Efimia. Le centre du village avec toutes ses commodités se trouve à 10 minutes à pied de la villa et offre tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pendant vos vacances: petites plages, criques idylliques aux eaux cristallines, magasins, restaurants sympathiques, fantastiques boulangeries produits frais, location de bateaux, école de plongée. Une location de voiture est recommandée pour explorer l'île, mais pas vraiment nécessaire pour passer des vacances ici calme et détendue.

La villa a été achevée en 2014 et propose un hébergement moderne de haute qualité. Il est entièrement climatisé (chambres et salon), joliment meublé et bien aménagé avec des équipements dernier cri. Une piscine privée, des terrasses ombragées privées et un espace barbecue ombragé vous invitent à passer une journée de farniente et de chaleur.

Paradise in Aghia Efimia

What a wonderful villa, fully equipped to ensure a stress free stay. The location was perfect for us as we didn’t want to hire a car. There were ample restaurants to choose from during our week stay. All within easy walking distance of the villa.A fabulous stay and we hope to return soon.

Everything was perfect . The fridge was stocked with all the essentials when we arrived . We were greeted by the owner who was very helpful . The villa was of a high standard and the outside area was perfect . We inherited a local cat during our stay who we named Athena. Village was two minutes walk and was a wonderful place with everything you need for a perfect holiday . We will definitely be back .

The villa was amazingly clean when we arrived and our host was waiting for us to explain everything l. We had a amazing time and it really is a quick walk to the harbour which has a relaxed feeling. Everyone enjoyed themselves including our demanding teenagers. Thank you.

lovely villa, very friendly hosts

we were very early season so only a few of the tavernas were open but they were great. short walk to the village with port, very friendly people. Villa was lively as was the pool.

Top notch villa and area

The villa has everything you need and in a good location for exploring the island. Regarding its immediate location it is within easy walking distance (less than 5 minutes) of all the local ameneties and the pretty harbour. Our host Eleni was superb!

We had the most wonderful 10 days at Villa Regina. The property is in great condition, has everything you need and the owner, Eleni left some lovely touches at the start, in the middle and at the end of our trip. Her husband cleans the pool every day around 7am and 7pm and you get a thorough clean in the middle of your stay.The location is fantastic, 5 minute walk to the gorgeous harbour of Agia Effimia where there are 3 supermarkets, a deli, bakery, a few general stores and lots of restaurants and cafes. What I loved most was how greek it felt. Yes, there were lots of tourists but it felt like lots of greek people lived there too which I loved.I highly recommend the property and really hope to be back next year.

Villa Regina - Top Recommendation

What a wonderful 10 days in Agia-Efimia! Our taxi transfer had been organised for us, so we were met at the airport and driven to the villa. We were greeted on arrival and made to feel at home. The provisions that had been provided to us was outstanding: white wine, eggs, butter, tonic water, water, milk, cucumber, tomatoes, bread, fruit juice and I have probably missed some items - wonderful gesture. The villa was spotless, great air conditioning, pool cleaned every morning and house cleaned 3 times. Stunningly, there were more gifts: homemade red wine, Baklava and a gift for every member of the family on departure. It was a very quick in to the town and on the nights that we ate out, we did not have a bad meal. If you want a holiday in a fantastic villa with fantastic hosts and blue sky and sunshine then I highly recommend this villa.

Beautifully kept and well located villa

From start to finish, this was a most positive experience. The villa is very clean and well equipped. The delightful owners have a smooth and efficient, yet entirely unobtrusive, system in place. The pool is cleaned regularly as is the villa, with bedding changed and fresh towels provided. Nothing is too much trouble and a much appreciated welcome pack of basic food and drink is there when you arrive. The outside areas of the villa are spacious with multiple options for dining and plenty of shady spaces. There is a barbeque, multiple sunbeds, tables and chairs, a covered area and two large sun umbrellas. The main bathroom is upstairs and the second one is downstairs. The main bedroom has a very comfortable and large bed and the second bedroom has two singles. Both bedrooms have large balconies with a table and chairs and nice views. There is efficient air-conditioning upstairs and down. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and the washing machine is located in the basement. The villa is a five minute walk to the harbour waterfront with its wide choice of cafes, bars and restaurants. Around the corner from the harbour are sets of access steps to several separate small pebble beaches that are never too crowded and give great snorkelling access, with lots of fish to see. We really enjoyed our stay and had to drag ourselves away!

We had such an amazing stay. The Villa, the location and the people were all so friendly. We were welcomed in person and shown around and there were basics (and wine!!!) left for us. Amazing Holiday

Everything about our holiday was fabulous from beginning to end. A big thank you to Eleni for our amazing welcome and for all the items left in our fridge for us to start off our holiday ! Also for the very thoughtful local gifts given to us before we left. The villa is so fantastic in every way from the space both inside and out, the cleanliness of both house and pool, how well equipped it was and all the facilities available for us to enjoy outside living in the sunshine. Eleni is exceptional as is her property ! The situation of the property could not have been better so close to the centre of the village yet very peaceful. We will most definitely return. Thank You.

Perfect location

A fabulous holiday in this wonderful villa. Five minutes walk to the beautiful harbour with lots of restaurants and fantastic views. Villa has everything you need and the pool area has great shade for very hot days. We arrived to some essentials in the fridge which were very welcome and a midweek bottle of home made wine. We had the best holiday!

Fantastic Family holiday

We couldn’t have had a better holiday in Villa Regina. We were met by the owner, Eleni, who was so accommodating. She greeted us with a very generous welcome package which was much appreciated. The villa is really well appointed to an excellent standard and more than met our needs. The pool area was just gorgeous and we all spent many an hour in it and around it. Thank you Eleni for the delicious cakes which were a lovely surprise mid holiday, as were the very thoughtful leaving gifts. We had a BBQ whilst at the villa and it’s the cleanest we’ve ever experienced in a villa holiday. I must give a shout out to the Pergola restaurant - 2 minutes walk from the villa and so good. We visited 6 times during our 14 night holiday. The villa is very close to the centre of Agia Efimia and an excellent base to explore this beautiful island.

Regina villa was just perfect! Everything had been thought about to make it home from home. From start to finish with lovely greeting from Eleni and welcome pack best we have had. Villa Regina was a total delight for our family. Newly built and beautifully appointed. Located less than 5 minutes walk from the picturesque harbour and plentiful good quality family run restaurants, it provides a perfect base to explore the island and soak up the amazing Kefalonia delights. Outside accommodation and pool were excellent- definitely the best we have experienced in Greece. Our host was amazing!! We were welcomed with cake, fizz flowers and balloons to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Nothing was too much trouble including printing out boarding passes twice as we accidentally threw the first lot away. We will be returning for sure.

Beautiful and well maintained villa with great amenities. Close to town and all shops and tavernas.Easy booking process With owner Lida who always responded quickly and Must mention incredibly hospitable and warm manager, Eleni. Thank you for welcome pack which was so appreciated after late arrival.We were here through the cyclone and AgiaEfimia sustained some damage but the resilient people of the village faced the challenge of repairing and rebuilding with grace and humour. Despite the challenges incurred because of the cyclone,the people we have encountered along with the mostly good weather We have had a wonderful holiday.
