Situated in the vibrant 14th arrondissement, live like a local with this charming apartment as your base: explore the exciting, historic Montparnasse district nearby â or if you have an affinity for the mysterious, the renowned Paris Catacombs awaits.
LIVING ROOM
An enticing shade of carmine pulls you in as soon as you enter the living room, evident in the large, luxuriant sofa and the feature wall opposite. In between, a dormer window illuminates the space, throwing light onto the square coffee table, a cosy armchair, and a flatscreen TV atop a low, ornate cabinet.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The kitchen, forming the second half of the open-plan living area, showcases green where the living room highlights red: a light teal colour adorns the cabinetry and walls, while a simple white stone countertop tops the counters. With its rounded edges and vivacious geometric floor tiling, this space is an epicentre of character-driven design.
BEDROOMS
Walk into the principal bedroom and be greeted by a burst of natural light and colour.
