Cette unité offre beaucoup d'espace pour un couple jusqu'à une famille de 6 personnes! Récemment mis à jour avec toutes les nouvelles finitions. Il y a une laverie à pièces dans les parties communes ainsi que des grilles sur le côté du bâtiment pour faciliter la cuisson. La piscine est chauffée et il y a aussi des douches extérieures et des toilettes à la piscine pour plus de commodité. L'ascenseur a un code qui vous mène à l'unité et il dispose également d'une place de stationnement pour abri personnel. Si vous préférez vous aventurer ou rester à la maison et profiter du magnifique océan, vous serez proche des attractions.

Great location and friendly host.

The location was absolutely perfect - on the beach, close to all of our favorite restaurants and shops. The host contacted us a week before to confirm all of the details and was very friendly. The property had everything we needed. It is an older property, but overall, great stay.

Great Condo!

Be prepared to wait on the elevator, but despite that the condo itself was great! Unfortunately due to red tide we weren’t able to enjoy the beach, but the pool was great and we still were able to have an awesome vacation!

Hope in the Sun

Unfortunately, our Florida stay was shortened due to the Covid-19 threat. Our short stay was beautiful from the large, clean condo, the awesome pool & patio /deck area to the beautiful sand and gorgeous sunsets. Vickie was only a call away for a few questions and right on top of it!! I would definitely recommend Vickie and her condos!! Thanks Vickie!

Amazing Trip!

This was our first experience with VRBO and Vickie hit it out of the park. The condo was clean and adorably decorated; the couch/furniture was amazingly comfortable for lounging after long days at the beach. We had all of the equipment we could need in the kitchen and all of the blankets/towels we could want. We loved that beach equipment and towels were included with our stay. The beds were really soft – not my preference but they did the job. The parking is covered (garage) and there is a dedicated spot for the unit so no having to worry about finding someplace to park if you are coming in late. The pool is of moderate size and can fill up quickly in the afternoons. This was fine by us because you lose the sun in the evenings. The only thing we would have wished for was a hot tub. They say location is everything and this held true for our little condo. We were only a short, leisurely drive of about 25 minutes outside Clearwater. This is worth a day-trip but we were happy that we stayed at the condo here; we prefer quiet and low-key for vacations. At the actual site, the beach is literally a couple of flights down (the elevator is glacier slow and the stairs were easier) and down a hallway. The white sands are what everyone pictures when they think of the beach. They rent chairs/umbrellas for the day and we highly recommend it. The reef is relatively close to shore and causes a natural break in the waves for easy swimming. Overall, this is was an amazing vacation and the condo was the icing on the cake. We are already planning another trip in the future! Thank you!

Overall Decent

The condo was nice. Spacious enough for three adults and a toddler. Plenty of seating and a decent kitchen to cook at. However, there was hair on the bathroom floor, and under the beds were full of dirt and hair (toddler toys go everywhere!) The garbage disposal didn’t work, which was not that big of a deal, however the previous people placed food down the sink and the sink started to smell and was clogged. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes but we were left only one kitchen towel and one washcloth and the paper towels were like tissue paper. Salt and pepper were the only cooking essentials that we could find. Coffee filters were there though! We couldn’t get the WiFi to work, but we didn’t really need it. Plenty of blankets and pillows. There is a pack n play and a high chair! The only other thing that was a problem was the way the condo was constructed, the building is a circle. The bedrooms are all by the front door so every time someone comes or goes, you hear them if they are not quiet. We were kept up until midnight every night from other people being loud. I know you can’t control other people but feel that people should know if they chose to rent. This place is better suited for people who plan on being out really late each night, at least during peak season. The pool was nice and the proximity to the beach was fantastic! Overall it was a decent stay.

Great!

Came down from MN for vaca and this place was great! Had everything we needed (kitchen supplies, bedding/ extra blankets, plenty of towels etc) The place was very clean well taken care of. It was a great place to stay and very likely to stay here again if we came back to FL. Love how easy it was using elevator and the access to pool and beach. Walking distance to good food places and gift shops etc. One thing I would Note is I wish there was hand soaps in the bath room even if it's just sample size. We had a late flight in and didn't arrive until late - too tired to grab supplies on the way there that night. Also wish there was a bin for putting Beach toys/chairs etc because it was windy and a few times things were scattered around the parking spaces (these were supplied by owner which what amazing) Not a negative thing but just a note. All and all its was a GREAT stay and place to rent!

Great place on the beach!

Vickie was great to deal with, the place was clean and huge, and it's in a great spot on Indian Rocks Beach that's pretty Central to all the beaches between Clearwater and St. Pete.

Beach time

Indian Shores condo with the Bay view was wonderful, clean, well equipped, and the location right on the beach a bonus bonus. took walks on the beach every day, water in Feb. was even warm enough to go swimming. Vicki was extremely helpful and cared for our needs. We would love to stay there again if in the area.

New Year on the Beach

What a great way to welcome the new year. This property was super clean!! The owner quickly called me back when we experienced a water issue. It turned out the whole building was affected and Vicki was there to help find out more information. The furnishings were very nice and beds were comfortable. Some of the lamps in the bedrooms were not able to operate since access to electrical outlets were a little slim because it's an older building I think. We had a little trouble getting the one bedroom TV working, but it really didn't affect our stay. We were there mainly for the beach anyway!! The location of the property was great (away from the tourist traps but close to nice restaurants and mini golf). There was secure access to the beach which was beautiful and not very crowded at all. I would highly recommend this property.

Great place to spend time at the beach!

Property was as advertised and Vickie was a dream to work with. Only suggestion was to have house keeping provide accessible towels, beach towels and toiletries. The place is truly a great beach getaway destination.

I absolutely loved all the updates in the condo! It was nice and clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything you needed and then some. The beach was was absolutely amazing and I loved being merely steps away from the beach. We can’t wait to go back on our next vacation.

Our family really enjoyed our stay

This was our second time staying in this condo building. This unit has been updated and we were quite impressed on our arrival. The large sectional and chair provided a reclining seat for all of us when it came time to relax inside on cool evenings. Vickie is a great person to deal with, all aspects of the rental were a breeze. The building has a BBQ pit area for charcoal grilling. It's right on the beach, and has a nice sheltered pool deck area. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped. I highly recommend this unit, I felt we got great value for our vacation dollars!

Offers all of the amenities of a home with a beachfront vacation all in one . I have an eye for decorating and also own a cleaning service so my homes are always clean top to bottom and I've always prided myself on that ! You will not be disappointed .
