We loved our stay here. The beach chairs and towels were much appreciated. They had everything we needed to cook. We felt right at home in this beautiful condo. Even saw dolphins from the deck in the morning! We would definitely stay here again!

This location is so pretty! We traveled with our two young children and it was so easy to get to the beach and pool. Condo is exactly how it appears online to my surprise it was bigger then I would have guessed. Highly recommend this property.

Spacious condo in great beach location!

Nicely decorated, good view of the intercoastal. Kitchen had most dishes and utensils needed for me to prepare a family Christmas dinner. Heated pool and great beach access for long walks. Appreciated the carts for hauling things in the elevator. Charcoal grills by the tiki hut are a good feature.

Perfect, right on the beach

This was exactly what we were looking for; a home on the beach for a week. Everything worked great, we had 6 people and plenty of space; bathrooms were good. Kitchen had what we needed as well for cooking. Best part (from the kids perspective) was the closet of beach gear. We used the boogie boards, floaties, sand toys and little cooler every day. There were also beach chairs and fishing poles as well.

Perfect Summer Vacation

We absolutely loved our stay. We can’t get over how much it just felt like home. Well if home was in paradise. The pool area was great, and the beach access could not have been better. My husband had such a great nights sleep, he now wants to buy the same mattress. The decor is fun and beachy and we were pleasantly surprised by how much room there was. My kids highlights from the trip we’re making smoothies and watching the dolphins from the balcony. We travel to Florida a few times a year as we have family in Tampa and we will definitely be staying here again.

Great Spring Break Trip

We had a very pleasant time staying at this condo. The kitchen was fully stocked with any cooking utensil/pot/pan/dish you need. The bedrooms were perfect for my husband and I and our two kids, and would definitely sleep more kids if you had them! The view of the intercoastal was nice, and the street traffic was not noticeable at all during the night. The condo building itself could use some updating (laundry and pool), but the unit was really beautiful and perfect for our needs. I would definitely recommend this place to other families or groups looking to enjoy their time at the beach!

Overall great!

The place is clean and comfortable. It has everything you need. The only reason why I am giving 4/5 instead of 5/5 is that you have "Ocean View" in the amenities which is not the case. The apartment is located on the opposite side of the building from which you can see the road. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and we would definitely recommend it! Thank you!

Epic Indian Shores

This property was true to everything on the listing and the pictures. Unit faces the waterway and condo complex is directly on the beach. Great location. Spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. Granite counter tops and newer appliances. Beach chairs, towels and water toys provided. Extra bonus was various sunscreen products, insect repellent, bottle of Tylenol, chlorox wipes and masks all provided in the unit: Host Jonathan was easily reachable and contacted me before, during and upon leaving to make sure we had everything we needed. The only recommendation I had for the unit was to have a TV in the second bedroom. Otherwise I would highly recommend this place to family and friends and would not hesitate to stay here again. It was fabulous and the owners are great! Mimi from Michigan

Short visit

The directions for check in need to be updated. The office to check in is no longer there due to hurricane damage so there isn’t a way to get a parking pass. This causes unnecessary stress considering there are multiple signs up around the property threatening to tow your cuff you don’t have a parking pass. The condo is in need of a deep cleaning- tile needs to be scrubbed, doors throughout the condo have dirty hand marks especially around the handles,, rugs need to be washed, etc. Relaxing and sleeping in was not an option due to the construction noise that started at 8:30 am and went for most of the day. The lock on the door was finicky and the plate on the lock was not screwed into the door so it made it hard to lock. This made me concerned that the condo wasn’t securely locked.

Misleading listing

Upon arrival, we were immediately met with a smell of smoke throughout the property, which was not disclosed in the listing as it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. This initially created a very unpleasant and uncomfortable environment. My family & I have not taken a beach trip in two years, we were also celebrating Mother’s Day as well as my husband’s birthday so we tried to look past the issue & be positive. Additionally, one of the main reasons I selected this listing (my daughter’s number one request) was the advertised pool, which was closed during our stay. This constitutes a significant misrepresentation of the property and was a major factor in my booking decision. There was a small statement at the very end of the booking that says hurricane construction is ongoing but I still feel as though the listing was very misleading & the pool photos should have been removed. My daughter was very disappointed by this. I understand weather is an act of God & beyond our control but the listing is misleading. We were unhappy with our overall experience at this particular listing.

Nice Property but...

I wish we had known that this property was having construction done during out stay. The tenants that we met said the owners were informed of construction and advised to let renters know and possibly offer discounts. None were offered. The 2nd bedroom mattresses are awful, and the sheets had pilling so bad, we had to sleep in long sweats, so they didn't irritate our legs. The kitchen was minimally equipped, I have stayed at many homes that have been stocked with utensils pots and pans, good knives, spices (left from others) etc This had few. The furniture in the living room was very nice, looked great and is comfortable. Between the noise of the street and the construction it really effected the overall feel of home. The beach was nice, red tide which can't be predicted was bad for first 3 days, then got better. We will stay in area again, not sure about this property. So much potential.

Hi Wendy. I’m sorry you felt these things weren’t something that could have been fixed during your stay. We communicated before check in which allowed you into the unit way before normal check in time. At that point if you had any issues you could have let us know since we only live about 3 minutes away and could have corrected anything you felt was not adequate to a point. As for construction, there has been nothing on the property that specifically affects this unit, pool or the beach at this time. We have future tenants that we’ve communicated with for when this actually affects their stay. Our kitchen is adequately equipped for what we have expressed in our listing. This property is located next to a Gulf Blvd which is a main road on the beach. Traffic is out of our control. Since Covid we have not left many things in the unit for safety and cleanliness reasons again, if it was a reasonable request, we would’ve provided it for you. I feel communication would’ve changed your feelings about this stay. We pride ourselves on taking the best care of our guests. Any reasonable request is always provided.

We had a great stay!!

Our condo was perfect! We’ve stayed in IRB for the last 5 years this was our first time not being ocean front but this condo was great! We saw dolphins everyday from the balcony. Very clean and nice! The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed. We were worried only having 1 washer and dryer per floor but each time we done laundry it was available. We had a great trip!

Literally deserves 6 stars!

This condo is complete with everything you could possibly need. Full kitchen, crock pot, pans with everything you need. Board games for nights on the balcony overlooking the water. Wonderful to have breakfast and watch the dolphins! Very clean & accommodating. Great pool & you’re on the beach in minutes. The only down fall is having to park across the busy street. That is absolutely it!
