À propos de cet hébergement

Nous venons d'acheter ce magnifique condo en mai 2017. A fait un remodelage complet à l'automne 2017, semble incroyable. Profitez des magnifiques couchers de soleil depuis le très grand balcon direct sur la plage.
Tout dans notre appartement de deux chambres sophistiqué et élégant vous ravira; de la vue imprenable sur le golfe à la nouvelle cuisine entièrement équipée. Vous adorerez l'ambiance globale et le confort des créatures. Rien de tel qu'un moment de calme sur le balcon avec votre café du matin ou votre cocktail du soir! Paradis!

Notre place est une maison récemment rénovée avec une suite parentale avec un lit king-size et une deuxième chambre avec deux lits doubles. Spacieux espace de vie à plan ouvert et grand balcon complètent cette grande maison. De bonne taille pour les groupes jusqu'à six, mais pas trop grand pour un couple ou un voyageur solo. Parfaitement adapté pour des vacances en famille, une retraite d'hiver ou une splendide isolation bien méritée.

Pour le divertissement en interne, il est équipé de téléviseurs HD dans les deux chambres et d'un 50 pouces dans le salon, le tout avec plus de 200 chaînes. Un lecteur DVD Blu-Ray Sony et une connexion Wi-Fi haut débit vous garantissent de ne jamais manquer d'options. Laissez la cuisine moderne, le refroidisseur à vin de 28 bouteilles et la table à manger pour huit personnes libérer votre gourmet intérieur.
Piscine, barbecue communautaire et laveuses / sécheuses communes sont également disponibles dans le bâtiment.

Wonderful beach vacation

You cannot beat this phenomenal location! Walk downstairs and you are on the beautiful sandy beach, with calm waters. Enjoyed the quiet area, but close to plenty of conveniences. I was not prepared for the coin-operated laundry (sharing here in case it helps someone else). The beds were so comfy. Appreciated the fully stocked beach closet and plenty of beach towels. Can't beat washing dishes with an ocean view. Friendly neighbors, too. We didn't want to leave!!

Just fabulous

We can’t say enough about this unit ! It was super clean , neat , and provided such a homey feeling. I think the couch was the most comfortable couch I have ever laid on. There were a few nights we never made it to bed as the couch was so comfy! The unit was well stocked all around , from kitchen utensils , to beach towels , to board games . The AC unit worked so well and made for a great nights sleep especially with the room darkening blinds :) If I had to search for one recommendation it would be to maybe update the televisions to Smart TV’s as it’s nice to be able to access your own Netflix and other accounts . Again, I had to go searching for that as the unit was really just perfect for our family of 4. We have always been Madeira Beach visitors ( for the past 12 years in a row) and our stay here has changed that . Rodney was very accessible and polite from before booking to checking out .

Wonderful Trip

We had a great time staying at this Condo. The view was great, and loved the location. We’ll definitely be back!!! I would only make a couple suggestions. The check in process was ok. We didn’t know the codes to the elevator or gates, so that made the check in process a little confusing. I would also suggest adding a pizza pan and scissors to the kitchen (maybe I couldn’t find them). I know we are at the beach and sand is going to be everywhere, I tried to sweep every night just so there wouldn’t be as much sand on the floor, but the floor seemed dirty. My kids white socks were completely black on the bottom each night. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we had a great time!!!

Wonderful

This property is by far one of our favorites we have stayed in. The condo was very clean, well stocked and exceeded our expectations. The sunset views from the balcony were amazing every night we were there. Communication with the hosts was also very good. We will stay here again when coming back to the area. Overall, a wonderful condo in a perfect location!

Great Indian Shores Beach Vacay

The location of the rental was ideal, situated in a peaceful and picturesque oceanfront, steps from the beach. We loved the convenience of having local shops, restaurants, and attractions within easy reach. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and well-maintained condition of the property. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas were spotless, and the entire rental was beautifully decorated with a cozy and inviting ambiance. The photos and description online were accurate, and the rental exceeded our expectations. The amenities provided were outstanding. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances, making it a joy to cook and prepare meals together. The comfortable beds and quality linens ensured a restful night's sleep, and the spacious living area allowed us to relax and enjoy quality time together.

Lovely beach getaway

This is our second time staying in this building and we have been very satisfied. The location is convenient, the view is spectacular in this unit, and everything was very clean. It was also very convenient to be right next to the elevator, trash chute, and laundry facilties. Will definitely stay again!

Best Condo at the Holiday Villas ll

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! The view is spectacular and the rooms were perfect for our family of four! We loved the pool and the fact that it is not beach side and we can take a cool down dip in the pool in the afternoon. We will be back again!

Lovely condo

This is our second time staying in this condo. Very lovely unit, updated a couple years ago and still looking great. The view from the balcony is probably my favorite thing, you can hear the waves anytime of the day or night. You can watch for dolphins, bird watch or just relax looking out at the water. Going to the pool and beach is just steps away. My kids had a blast shelling (regular shells and sand dollars) and catching little fish in their buckets. I highly recommend this unit. The owners respond very quickly with any questions you may have.

Great week at the beach

Had a wonderful time. The beach and pool were wonderful. The condo had the best view and was very clean and had many beach toys and games to play. Can’t wait to book again. We were supposed to visit in 2022 but the hurricane hit and we were finally able to visit. So glad we waited and rebooked this condo.

Fantastic beach area/views. On-site manager, Kim went above and beyond to provide useful advice. The unit furniture and appliances were in good condition. The light switches & closet areas and drawers in bathrooms could use a deep cleaning.
