Welcome to Surf View, a spacious 3-bedroom, second floor apartment designed for 6 people. The dog-friendly, penthouse apartment, which is spread over two floors offers a large open-plan living area with stunning sea views across Lynmouth Harbour. Conveniently located near local restaurants, cafes, and picturesque walking routes, this penthouse is an ideal choice for your coastal getaway.

The master bedroom at Surf View is situated on a mezzanine level and features an en-suite shower room and zip and link beds, which allow it to be made up as either a king size double or two single beds; this room, provides its guests with a private and luxurious retreat. The mezzanine level also has a small living area with sofa and TV.

Two additional bedrooms share the family bathroom, which is fitted with a shower, a wash basin and a WC. Both these bedrooms have zip and link beds, which again gives friends and families plenty of flexibility when choosing between king size double beds or twin beds.

The kitchen has all the modern appliances required for successful entertaining, including an electric oven and hob, a central island with breakfast bar seating, a fridge/freezer, a coffee machine and a dishwasher. Next to the kitchen is the dining area, which has has a large dining table and seating for up to eight. Finally, there is the lounge with with a wood-burning stove, a large L-shaped sofa and a wall-mounted smart TV where guests can relax after a hard day exploring the coastal bath or simply having fun on the beach. A set of doors opens out from the living area onto two small balconies from which the views over Lynmouth and the sea can be enjoyed. Alternatively, Surf View benefits from a large decked terrace garden, which enjoys breath taking sea views and features plenty of outdoor furniture for either evening drinks or alfresco dinners.

When staying at Surf View, guests benefit from a designated car parking space, as well as access to all communal areas. There is also a path that leads directly from the apartment's building to Lynmouth, a pretty seaside village with its own harbour and pebbled beach, as well as being home to several excellent pubs, restaurants and cafes and an array of small shops.

At Lynmouth Apartments we try to make your stay as memorable and unique as possible. As well as having a premises license we can also arrange a full itinerary of enchanting extras, including;
Health Spa treatments - such as Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head massage and a full body massage. We also have a sauna and can offer both an ice bath and gong bath experience. 
Deliveries – we can accept all your grocery deliveries and place any frozen items in the fridge.

Flowers – Large to small bouquets of flowers from our local florist
Entertaining – set menus prepared by our private chef, includes service and clean-up. Plus a Grazing Board at any time. We also have a dedicated BBQ area.
