The studio will be exclusively yours throughout your stay and is equipped with all the amenities needed for a pleasant and homely stay. The Space:
This charming studio is a welcoming home away from home, with ample space for up to 4 guests to enjoy a relaxing stay. The open-plan layout includes a spacious sofa, armchair, smart TV, and a dining table, perfect for unwinding and enjoying meals. The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare your own meals with ease. High-speed broadband is available throughout, ideal for streaming TV (such as Netflix) and for all your browsing, social media, or work needs. The king-sized bed, dressed in crisp hotel-quality linen, ensures a restful night's sleep, and there is plenty of storage space for your belongings. There is a sofa bed for 2 people in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 or 4 guests when booking). The clean and contemporary bathroom features a powerful shower, complimentary toiletries, and fluffy towels for your convenience. Please note that any heater issues previously mentioned in reviews have been fully resolved.

Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the entire studio.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the town centre within a modern development, you have an array of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes right on your doorstep. Rotherham United's New York Stadium is just 10 minutes walk away. Rotherham Central Train station is also just a 10 minute walk or short taxi ride away.

Getting Around:
Rotherham can be easily navigated on foot, and you will find everything you need within a short distance of the apartment.
The main train station as well as the bus interchange are just a 10 minute walk away

There is a sofa bed for 2 people in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 or 4 guests when booking).

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.

For security reasons:
We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
