The Space:
Recently renovated typical Tuscany country house, developing over two floors above ground.

The load-bearing structure of the building is in exposed brickwork and the floors are made of wood. The house consists of a living room on the ground floor, dining room with fireplace, kitchen, tavern, bathroom and dressing room.

On the first floor, connected by an internal staircase, there are 4 double bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1 large hallway.

The rooms finishing is excellent, the floors are tiled and with parquet, while the fixtures are in dark wood.

Beautiful garden surrounding the entire property, with private pool recently built.

The entire property is fenced with wire mesh and automatic gate on stone columns. A gravel dirt road allows you to easily reach the house, where an area equipped for car parking is featured by flags on auction. The entrance to the house can be reached via a large staircase covered in porphyry and bricks.

The agricultural land is developed for about 2.00 hectares and consists of plantations of olive grove (about 200 plants), soil for vegetables and woods. A portion of these woods is particularly characteristic to be used as a picnic area, as it is flat and located near a waterfall formed by a stream bordering the property.

You will have the opportunity to enjoy authentic olive oil produced with the plants just outside your door!
