The Villa de la Plage is a magnificent Savoyard residence recently renovated. Just a few steps from the lake and Brune beach in Veyrier-du-Lac, it has a large swimming pool and beautiful outdoor spaces including a beautiful shaded dining area with views of the lake, a bowling green, a vegetable garden.
Ideal for holidays with family or friends, the villa has 5 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and is spread over 2 floors:
On the ground floor, the entrance leads into a bright hall setting the tone and character of the house: decorative touches in soft and warm colors (many items are made by the owner and artist, Lucie) give an elegant accent to the large spaces with the white walls of the house. Through glass doors you will access the fully equipped modern kitchen and dining room, leading to the lounge areas. These rooms, on the lake side, open directly onto the outdoor terrace, garden and swimming pool and onto the superb outdoor dining area, with lake views and sheltered from the heat at midday by trees or to enjoy the beautiful summer evenings around the barbecue, this space alone will make your vacation memorable.
Back in the living space, the living room is centered around a 3-sided fireplace: a first small living room, adjacent to the dining room, offers great conviviality to the living room and the children can play while the adults will finish their meal... on the other side, the large living room, larger and equipped with large gray sofas and a TV corner.
On the ground floor, there is also a beautiful double bedroom with an adjacent full bathroom.
On the first floor, are 4 double bedrooms:
The master bedroom has a large double bed and its own, large, bathroom and French doors opening onto two small balconies with a very beautiful view of the lake.
