Designed by the architectural firm Archidomo to integrate the magnificent landscapes of Lake Annecy into the living space, Villa Enjoy is the perfect place for peace and indulgence.
Its unique features include:
- an exceptional living space with state of the art kitchen and modern appliances,
- floor to ceiling sliding doors opening up onto the lake front terrasse, pool and outdoor dining space
- A home Spa comprising an infinity pool, jacuzzi, sauna and resting area
- entertainment equipment: sound sytem, large TV, table football, pingpong table, pétanque area
- an internal lift to access all floors
- a generous double garage to store bikes and sports equipment, as well as an outdoor sheltered parking area
At the entry level is the lobby with storage, a large double bedroom with its ensuite bathroom, an office space and the large double garage.
Level 1 is the main living space, offering incredible views 300 degrees views over the lake and mountains.
The large ultra modern kitchen, dining and lounge area are interconnected , all facing the lake with floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors onto the wide wooden terrace, pool and outside dining and relaxing area. A prime spot to enjoy an aperitif in the sunset, practice yoga with the rise of the sun or work on a suntan! Large awning and electric shutters are fitted through out for your confort.
Along the house and next to the kitchen is a lovely sheltered area with the outdoor dining table and barbecue.
At the back and far side of the house is a beaufitul, flat and shaded garden where you will enjoy playing ping pong, petanque, or rest in the cool of the trees.
At the level is also a modest size double bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom (shower and WC).
The dining area is an extension of the kitchen worktop in beautiful solid wood.
The lounge area is furnished with a large corner sofa, positioned in such way that you can enjoy the views at all time.
A large library with selection of books and games is wrapped around the fireplace area, next to which the football table will invite for fun family moments.
On level 2, you will find: 3 double bedrooms and a family bathroom:
The large master bedroom over looking the lake, with air-conditioning, its adjoining master suite with a large bath, italian shower, double basins and toilet and a large walk-in wardrobe.
There are 2 additional double bedrooms on this level with large double beds that can be split in twin beds and that share the family bathroom. All rooms are equipped with electric blinds.
All levels can be reached by lift.

Outside you may park 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway.
The property is secured by an electric gate.
The area:
A few meters from the villa, along the main road between Annecy and Talloires, is the cycle lane. Running all around the lake, it is very easy to reach Annecy by bicycle .
To commute in the area, the local council has also implemented free electric buses all summer (the bus stop in only a few meters away on the main road), electric bikes for adults free to use for 30mn, usually enough time to reach the next village or Annecy and parked it in a designated area. There are also boat shuttles leaving regularly from Veyrier port into Annecy Old Town (service yet to be confirmed for 2025).
The villa is half way between the villages of Veyrier-du-lac and Menthon St Bernard. Veyrier is about 10mn walk and Menthon 10mn ride. Both offer a great selection of little stores: grocery, bakery, butchers, pharmacy, newspaper shops...
Walking down to the nearest beach, Plage de la Brune (paying entry in summer), takes approximately 25mn or 9mn by bike. A great space for the entire family, the plage has scattered trees for shade, a little restaurant and live bands playing on summer evenings.
The tennis club and nautical centers are also nearby. In summer, the local clubs organise a combination of wakeboard / tennis or sailing activities for children.
The waterfront is accessible for free in very many places along the lake, in Annecy, Menthon and all along the cycle lane. The nautical clubs in both village offer paddle boards, kayak and pedalos for rent, run sailing courses and Veyrier also runs diving courses ; boats of all size can be rented there too.
Great walking trails are available on our door step: The Mont Veyrier with its iconic views over the lake ; in Menthon "Le Roc de Chere" is a a gorgeous forested natural reserve with great trails to walk from Menthon to Talloires, again with amazing look out spots over the lake. In Talloires, you can walk to the Angon waterfall or get the best views of the lake from Le Col de la Forclaz, a renowned climb for road cyclists. An easy and refreshing walk in Menthon is that to visit the castle from the town center, weaving through the village and along the forested trail. Menthon's castle is so beautiful it is said to have inspired Walk Disney!
Further down the lake is the natural Reserve of Le Bout du Lac where you can observe the lake's wild life.
And of course, you must visit the old town center of Annecy, with its numerous canals, small streets filles with cafes, ice cream parlours and restaurants, Le Pont des Amours, the Castle. We strongly advise to avoid the car to go into town as it is very difficult to park. Buses and bikes are highly recommended and are much better for our environment!
