Tenuta di Uma is a vacation estate in Apulia, which offers 2 mutually independent solutions for a total of 12 beds: an 8-bed villa and 1 4-bed trullo, both with swimming pool.

Brand new, designer and cozy, the two units that make up Tenuta Uma are complete with accessories such as washing machine, wi-fi internet, barbecue, outdoor shower, coffee maker, etc.

Tenuta di Uma is a fully fenced property, accessible by automatic gate.
It consists of 1 trullo with swimming pool and 1 villa with swimming pool, both immersed in the greenery of their own fenced garden, and united only by the entrance driveway that is shared.
The villa with pool is a brand new dwelling with clean architecture and refined design. The villa offers up to 8 beds, divided into 2 double bedrooms and 2 rooms with air-conditioned double sofa beds , dining room with climate and TV, and 2 full bathrooms with shower.
The ancient trullo, completely renovated and made comfortable with all modern accessories, offers up to 4 beds: entrance into the living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, double bedroom and full bathroom with shower.
Each unit is fenced, surrounded by green nature and manicured gardens. Both the villa and the trullo have their own pool, with a furnished solarium and ample outdoor space.
Tenuta di Uma hosts family groups and groups of friends up to 12 people.

Tenuta di Uma stands in a scenic area, in the lush countryside of Puglia, between the town of Carovigno and the Adriatic Sea.
The center of Carovigno, where all the main services are located, is just 4 km away. The nearest beaches can be reached in 5 minutes by car.
The location makes it possible to explore the most beautiful towns in the area, such as Ostuni only 10 km away, and Mesagne less than 20 km away.
 
 
 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 60 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Tenuta di Uma consists of two units.
- Two out of five bathrooms are just service toilet.
