The highlight of the villa is its private 4 x 8 metre swimming pool, surrounded by parasols and a chill-out area, perfect for relaxing in the Mediterranean sun.



The interior of the villa is carefully designed to maximise comfort and functionality. On the ground floor, you will find a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room and a comfortable living room, offering ample space for socialising and relaxing. There is also a cosy bedroom and a modern bathroom with shower on this level. On the first floor there is another bedroom, with an integrated office area perfect for working remotely.



The exterior is equally impressive, with a generous terrace with barbecue area, ideal for al fresco dining and quality family time. The pool area includes a comfortable outdoor bathroom with shower, ensuring comfort and ease during your stay. Note 1. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.

Note 2. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.

Note 3. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.

Note 4. The final cleaning has an extra cost of € 140 per booking.

Note 5. In the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodation are required to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.
