The apartment is on 2 levels (3rd and 4th floor without elevator), and is equipped with 2 bedrooms and another room with a one and half sofa bed, 3 air conditioners, 1 walk-in closet, dining room with kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet and a service bathroom without shower with sink and toilet), wi-fi and panoramic terrace.
Crispi penthouse is located on the corner with Via di San Giuliano, close to the major attractions of the old historic center of the city, Piazza Duomo, Teatro Massimo Bellini, Castello Ursino, Monastero dei Benedettini, fish market "La Pescheria" and the city port. It is only 5 km from Catania Airport, 500 meters from the central train and bus station and 3 km from the beach.
In the immediate vicinity there is the possibility of parking your car on the street for a fee or for free.
