Villa Ilios is a spacious and bright vacation villa located in Corti Veteri, close to Punta Prosciutto, on the coast of Porto Cesareo. The cottage offers up to 7 beds. Pets are allowed.
There are accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, barbecue, electric oven, coffee maker, TV, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, mosquito net, outdoor shower, and parking space.

Villa Ilios is framed by a large manicured garden with green plants, trees and lawn, where there are several relaxation areas.
The interior, raised a few steps, is preceded by a veranda that completely surrounds it, furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
The interior is cozy, colorful and well furnished. The entrance is into a large living room with 1 single sofa bed, TV, dining room and fireplace. Beyond an archway is the well-equipped kitchen.
The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin with pull-out bed, all with air conditioning and ceiling fans. Completing the interior is 1 shower room.
The outdoor area is enriched by a canopy-covered veranda adjacent to the living room, a fixed gazebo with canopy and brick barbecue, and a practical outdoor toilet with adjacent heated shower.

The vacation villa is located in the countryside of Porto Cesareo, just 3 km from the beaches of Punta Prosciutto. The nearest center is Torre Lapillo, just 6 km away, where all the main services are present.
The resort of Torre Colimena, 7 km away, is also very close.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 81 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
