Located in an elevated position providing stunning views of Scorpios and the other small islands of Lefkada, Villa Haido, is an elegant yet modern house that blends beautifully into the surrounding environment.

Villa Haido is in an ideal location providing easy access to the small harbor town of Perigiali, which is a 20 minute walk away and only 3km away from the heart of Nydri. The villa is also close to the picturesque beach of Pasa, which is only 500m away and can be reached on foot within a few minutes.

Despite its proximity to Nydri, Villa Haido benefits from a quiet hillside position, nestled amongst old olive and cypress trees that were preserved to enhance its gardens and blend seamlessly into the surrounding mountain.

POOL
Villa Haido boasts one of the longest private pools on the island with a total length of 15 metres (50 feet) which makes it ideal for swimming laps. It also features a large terrace for sun loungers including a large, shaded area.

BEDROOMS
The villa has six en-suite bedrooms that can accommodate up to 11 guests. Two of the bedrooms have king-sized beds and three of the bedrooms have twin beds that can also be joined to form a large double beds. The sixth bedroom room has one single bed that can accommodate one adult. All bedrooms are elegantly furnished with bespoke solid oak wood furniture and natural textured fabrics. All the bathrooms offer a walk-in shower and feature a powerful rain shower.

GROUND FLOOR
The ground floor features a bright open plan space gracefully furnished, that opens on to a very large terrace for dining and relaxing. All these areas make the most of the breathtaking views that the villa has to offer.
The villa also offers and games room with table tennis and mini football as well as a separate laundry room.

Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitos, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.
