This stunning villa called Villa Mirtes is built with respect for its surroundings and the best materials available, combining traditional with modern style. It is located close to the village of Athani where it seems like time has stopped and traditions are kept.

In the village you can find a grocery store and several great tavernas with local traditional food for every taste.

The villa that lays gracefully in between the lush greenery, has three big master bedrooms with private bathrooms giving you full privacy with authentic high standards. The fully equipped, modern open plan kitchen and kitchen island dining area are ideal for lovely dinners with family and friends. From the kitchen area you walk into the beautifully decorated living area that has a great view over the Ionian Sea, and is fitted with flat screen TV and Bluetooth stereo system. There is an extra guest WC on the ground floor.

The glass doors lead you to the big salt filtered swimming pool of dimensions 8x4 that is equipped with massage jets and with depth 1.80m. The 4500sqm land surrounding the villa is fully fenced with an electric gate and beautifully landscaped with swingbeds, pergolas, luxury sunbeds and a big BBQ ready for you to be used. At the back of the villa there is a private parking area with space for more than five cars.

Thanks to the location you can enjoy chilly mornings before the summer heat appears. It is far away from the crowded areas of the island giving you absolute privacy and quiet yet close enough to the most desirable locations of the island. Please note that the last meters to arrive to the villa is non-asphalted dirt road.

Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitoes, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.

• A minimum stay charge applies depending on the season. Prices also vary according to the exact number of guests. To avoid any misunderstandings, kindly ensure that you select the correct number of people when making your booking.
• If the size or configuration of your group changes before arrival and differs from your original booking, additional charges may apply.
• An additional 15€/day environmental fee should be paid in cash directly to the owner upon arrival.
