It is situated in a central area of the city, in the heart of Porto's vibrant Santa Catarina neighborhood. Rua da Alegria itself is a lively street that runs through the area, offering a mix of residential buildings, shops, and local businesses.
Being in this location, you'll have convenient access to a variety of amenities and services. Within walking distance, you can find numerous cafes, restaurants, and bars where you can experience the local cuisine and enjoy the lively atmosphere of Porto.
In terms of attractions and landmarks, staying in this area allows for easy access to many of Porto's highlights. The iconic Majestic Café, a beautifully preserved Art Nouveau establishment, is just a short walk away. You can also explore Santa Catarina Street, known for its bustling pedestrian area, vibrant shops, and street performers.

Reservations for more than 15 nights are considered long-term reservations and are subject to the following rules:
-> We might request a safety deposit at check-in.
-> The energy and water bills must be paid separately.
(How does this work: Every month, we calculate and charge the guest the amount of energy and water spent (for instance: Kw spent multiplied by the cost per Kw, approximately 0.24€/Kw).
-> The deposit will be returned by the end of the stay after checking the space and receiving the payment of every bill.
-> By making a long-term reservation, guests agree to give the host access to the property, whenever requested, in order to assess the state of maintenance.

Self-check-in.
Before the check-in, guests must fill in a mandatory check-in form to identify all the guests that will stay in the apartment. Short term rentals are required to report guests' information to Borders Service (SEF).
