The apartment is cozy, is very light, and is 51 m². The property is located right next to the beach. It has views of waterfront and the mountain.



The accommodation is equipped with the following items: lift, garden, fenced garden, 10 m² terrace, iron, air conditioning (hot/cold), air-conditioned, communal swimming pool, open-air parking in the same building subject to availability upon arrival, 1 TV, Wifi included.

In the vitroceramic independent kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer are provided.





-Check-in its done at our office located at Avenida del Mediterraneo 66, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

If you’re going to holiday in Benidorm you won’t get better value. The pictures are accurate on the view and the apartment was spotless and superbly located, it was very quiet at night and only 10 minutes from main bars Nothing

The location couldn't have been better

The location couldn't have been better. The sea front is busy through the day but all bars (at this end) close around 7pm so there isn't any noise on a night. The apartment has everything needed (no hairdryer listed that I could see but one in the bathroom) including a washing machine and washing liquid for one wash, 3 seperate wall heaters (air con units) which were needed in January! Will definitely be booking again possibly in the summer so we can use the swimming pool as the area looked lovely. Nothing.

Convenient apartment at a great location

The location is perfect, on a quite part of the Benidorm boulevard. We arrived by car and it is convenient that the building is accessible by car and that there is a gated parking below the building. The apartment needs renovation, especially the furniture. Small things like: you have to hold the shower with your hand as it can't stand in the holder and other furniture looked dated.

Apt was adequate for 4 adults. Book in easy and details given about case storage on departure. Reported item needing maintenance on arrival but no one attended to repair. Floors not clean. Otherwise all good and would book again . Cleaning of floor

Enjoyed our stay at this property , was very comfortable in a fantastic location right on the beach

Fantastic location, on the beach , great view, safe and secure , low floor , fully equipped kitchen . Excellent aircon , use of a good swimming pool , comfortable beds Second bedroom a bit small , shower needs updating ,some areas could do with a good clean . No dressing table

All in all we had a good stay and it was very enjoyable. 10ቦ in my opinion

Very close to the sea, everything in the apartment was exceptional. Loved it The chairs weren’t very comfy. No blankets in the apartment. The way it was portrayed it looked as if there was a balcony.

Location was excellent right on the beach

Location was excellent right on the beach. A good size apartment. Just a few hundred yards from the strip so was very quite at night Cigarette smoke smell in room. Beds very hard and only 1 pillow. It is an air b+b so had a bit of bother with paying for room.(they had my card details but they said it was declined which was load of c..p) also a bit of bother collecting keys as their office was closed. A lot of phones calls to try and make a payment and 45 min to collect keys finally got sorted

We are sorry that you will appreciate the smell of tobacco since we carry out the cleaning professionally and open all the windows to ventilate in case a previous guest has smoked. As for the mattresses, we have no previous complaints, but we understand that not everyone can like them even if they are of high quality viscoelastic. Wij vonden wel dat de huur een beetje aan de hoge was buiten vorige jaardat was ruim €500 duurder

De accommodatie vonden wij netjes,en alles lekker dicht bij zoals het strand, winkeltjes bus en restaurants Ook de beheerder van het appartement was heel aardig wij hebben het naar ons zin gehad en weeral geboekt voor September 2026 Het enige vonden wij een beetje een nadeel dat wij s morgens vroeg rond half 7 alle 2 de bossleutels in moesten leveren... vorige jaar konden wij een bossleutels als wij weggingen in het appartement achter laten dat vonden wij wel fijner

La vista del mar No tenia papel igienico,y entrada estaba a las 16:00 y tuvimos que esperar una hora y pico . Dijeron que nos avisa cuando esta listo y no llamaron .tuve que ir a ver si esta listo

Todo muy limpio, con unas vistas maravillosas y cerquita de supermercados y restaurantes. Con aparcamiento siempre que halla plaza libre en mí caso siempre había, al lado está la piscina que está muy bien. El portero del edificio muy simpático. Por poner una pega el telefonillo de la ducha tenías que sujetarlo con la mano no se sujetaba en el colgador.
