Large apartment with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, third floor with an elevator only a few steps from St. Peter's Basilica. The apartment is located in front of Rome's St. Peter's Train Station, one of the capital's minor stops, from where you can easily reach Fiumicino Airport, and Trastevere and Piramide stations that connect to Trams, Metro and trains leading to the capital's seaside resorts.
Spacious, cozy, lived-in and comfortable, ideal for a long or short stays, for work or to fully experience the capital's tourism. The house is ideal for couples, a group of friends or families with children seeking comfort. The city's major tourist attractions are within walking distance or by public transportation.
A 5-minute walk away is a Carrefour open until 9 p.m. The apartment is a 15-minute walk from the Bambino GesĂč Children's Hospital at Piazza di Sant'Onofrio, 4, 00165. The nearest Metro stations are Cipro and Valle Aurelia, both on the METRO A line.

Due to the renovation of the buildings facade the shutters of the windows of the bathroom and one bedroom will be partially openable so day light will be reduced.

Blue stripes: The ordinary rate is ⏠1.00 per hour outside the ZTL and ⏠1.20 per hour in the ZTL. The discounted rate, on the other hand, is valid everywhere: ⏠0.20 for 15 minutes of parking (short stay, for payments made only from the parking meter); ⏠4.00 for 8 hours of continuous parking; ⏠70.00 for a calendar month.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator and consists of 4 bedrooms, living room, kitchenette and two bathrooms of which one is en suite. On entering the apartment you are greeted by a wide corridor, on the left are the first two bedrooms and on the right the third bedroom and bathroom. At the end of this corridor is the living room with a kitchenette, you access the fourth bedroom with its bathroom from the living room.
The house has views on three different sides.
The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and the fourth bedroom. The three bedrooms are equipped with a ceiling fan with light and remote control.
The living room has a sofa , television corner , 2 armchairs and a dining table with 8 chairs. Bookcases, lamps, mirrors and pictures complete the living room furniture. There is an air-conditioning system in the living room.
The two bedrooms entering on the left have a double bed (140cm x 190cm), desks, bookcase, wardrobe, chair and armchair. The bedroom on the right has a double bed (140cm x 190cm), desk, wardrobe, chair and bookcase. NB. this bedroom has scaffolding in front of the window due to the refurbishing of the facade of the building and is therefore advisable not to open the shutters.
The three bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The fourth bedroom has a double bed ( 160cm x 190cm), bookcase , bedside tables and sofa. In the antechamber there is a desk and a wardrobe. The room is equipped with an air-conditioning system.
The kitchen is complete with refridgerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, cutlery and crockery for eight people. The kitchenette has a comfortable counter with three stools . Adjacent to the kitchenette is a small storage room where there is a freezer and washing machine.
The first bathroom has sanitary ware and bathtub . The window of the bathroom has scaffolding in front of it due to the refurbishing of the facade of the building and is therefore advisable not to open the shutters.
The second bathroom has no window and has sanitary ware and a shower cabin. It does not have a bidet.
The following might be to be paid extra: Babycot, Bed Linen and Towels (additional set), Bed linen and towels (weekly changed), Extra Bed, Extra Cleaning, Final Cleaning for pets, High chair, Late Arrival, Refundable Security Deposit by credit card, Tourist tax.
