We had a great stay- everything was clean and as described. The neighborhood was quiet and the park across the street was perfect for our dog to have some space to run around.
The stay was wonderful! Great location across the street from the park! We loved our stay and are hoping to return! Disappointed in the amount of fees to book but overall the home and stay was just perfect for us!
This is a wonderful quiet neighborhood that is close to everything. The tiny house is clean!! Has everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Easy parking. I will stay here again for sure!!
Very much enjoyed our stay at the Tiny house in Bend. I was with my dog and it was just perfect. its very well located in a quiet neighborhood close to lots of greenspace and trails to walk but close to all of Bend's attractions. The space was immaculate, internet worked as expected, and it was laid out well for a tiny space. I would stay again!
Wonderful set up, everything is very clean and organized. Perfect for any minimalist who doesnât require too much extra space. Comfortable stay overall.
Perfect location not far from family. Only reason why I rated 4 not 5 for cleanliness was a lingering scent of one of the cleaning products. A little intense and lingering.
The house was immaculate and perfect for what we needed - a nice place to stay near our daughterâs home. It is small but makes good use of the space. The bed in the loft is a bit tricky because of the low ceiling, but is fine for a short stay. We would stay here again.
Property manager was great and responsive to communication. The tiny house is perfect for 1-2 guests. It was clean and had everything you need for stay. Overall great experience.
My husband and I, and our two dogs, had a really nice stay at the Minni. The neighborhood is clean and quiet, with a beautiful park right across the street. We had great walks around the neighborhood with our dogs. The owners live next door and they are very quiet and respectful as well. The unit itself is cozy and has everything you would need for a short stay. Kitchen and bath are well appointed with the needed 'hardware' for a short stay. The bed upstairs is in a loft and the ceiling is canted, making it a little tight up there. If you're a large person this could be difficult. But everything else was really nicely done and I would recommend staying here for a brief trip. We'll do it again!

Clean, bright, quiet, and private.
This is a lovely little space for a stay. Very comfortable inside and out. Surprisingly private given that it is beside and behind main residence. Lovely park across the street. Small but completely serviceable kitchen easy to cook full meals in. The only downside is that it is not walkable to downtown but as such, provides a calm getaway from hustle and bustle of downtown.
I highly recommend this tiny house to individuals or couples looking for a hip, clean space excellently located in Bend. It has everything you could need including air conditioning, a comfortable bed, nice washer/dryer AND itâs dog friendly.
I have always had a fascination with tiny houses and jumped at the chance to try one out. First of all she's adorable, right across the street from a nice park, and just 5 minutes to the historic downtown. When I walked in I noticed immediately how well maintained and clean she was, and then second how much bigger she appeared than what I was expecting. There was a place for everything! Well designed kitchen big enough to easily prepare food in, with all the appliances down to toaster. Nice dining table that easily doubled for a desk/work space for me too. Great bathroom with walk in glass shower, and nice size vanity. My favorite "extra" benefit was a nice washer/dryer super handy for my Bend biking clothes. Very comfy queen bed in the sleeping loft, with nice linen. I enjoyed the relaxing couch in the living area for reading or watching TV . Nice (private) outdoor patio for sunning too. All in all I spent 4 wonderful days experiencing Bend from a super comfortable home. The manager was great and so easy to work with, and didn't mind answering questions about Bend from a locals point of view---very helpful. I'm ready to book my next stay this Spring --- as soon as I get my days off work I'm heading back to my Minni --- Thank you!!!

My husband and I have been managing and renting vacation homes here in our hometown of Bend, Oregon for over 17 years with our business, Home Spun LLC, and we love what we do! All the vacation homes in our Home Spun LLC exclusive collection provide distinctive alternatives to traditional lodging in Central Oregon. Our places provide a one-of-a-kind experience by offering amazing locations, top of the line amenities, and personal service. We are picky about which homes we represent. Each home has been handpicked so our guests can experience an inviting and unique vacation with privacy, scenic surroundings, recreational opportunities just moments away, and the amazing city of Bend at your feet.
I love this east side neighborhood because it feels comfortable and safe... like you're coming home. There are people out working in their veggie gardens, walking their dogs, kids riding by on bicycles, and often a little league baseball game being played in the park. It is the kind of place where you feel like you belong but don't feel crowded.
My favorite thing about this house: the size. I love walking into The Minni House because it feels like getting a hug. Its small and comfortable and has everything I could possibly need... and it is surprising just how much space is enough space when it really gets down to it. Like I say, it has everything you need, and nothing you don't. Living simplified feels really freeing .
