Welcome to our beautiful multi-story home in London! This three-floor property offers a unique combination of historical charm and modern comforts.

- Bedrooms: Two spacious king-sized bedrooms and a twin bedroom
- Bathrooms: A luxury bathroom with a standalone tub and a rain shower, plus an additional bathroom with a shower
- Living Room: Separate living space with a smart TV and comfortable seating
- Dining & Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with a dining table
- Terrace: A charming outdoor terrace for relaxation or dining

- Ground Floor: Features a spacious living room with a smart TV and comfortable sofa, a separate dining area, and a modern kitchen equipped with all essential appliances. This floor also has a convenient bathroom with a shower. Step outside to a private terrace, perfect for al fresco dining or enjoying the London weather
- First Floor: This floor features the first king-sized bedroom with stylish storage. The opulent bathroom on this floor boasts marble walls, a standalone bathtub, and a rain shower.
- Second Floor: Here you'll find the second king-sized bedroom, with a large window that lets in plenty of natural light. The twin bedroom is also located on this floor, providing a comfortable space for children or additional guests.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, here are some important details to note:
- Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in time is after 3 pm, and check-out time is before 11 am. Please inform us in advance if you need early check-in or late check-out, as additional charges may apply.
- Early Check-In or Late Check-Out Charges: A £30 charge will be applied if guests check themselves in early without permission or check out late, as this disrupts our cleaner’s schedule.
- Lost Key Charge: Please take care of the keys. A £100 charge will be applied for lost keys.
- No Parties or Gatherings: This is a quiet residential area, and parties or loud gatherings are not allowed. An additional £250 fee applies if house rules are broken.
- Noise Policy: Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm.
- Parking: Street parking is available near the property. Ensure you park legally and do not block other vehicles.
- Security: Always lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
- Indoor Shoes/Slippers: To keep the property clean, we kindly ask guests to wear indoor shoes or slippers indoors.
- Heating: Please turn the thermostat down to 19 degrees when leaving the property.

During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
