Framery Loft - Eclectic and colourful apartment in the heart of London
Eclectic and colourful and completely individual, this wonderful top (second) floor loft apartment will make your stay in London totally memorable.
Framery loft apartment is the whole top floor (2nd floor - 2 flights) of an attractive old warehouse. former furniture factory and latterly a picture framing workshop. With 1100sq ft (107 m2), it's both light and airy, and perfect for a family or group of friends.
There are two double bedrooms, and a sleeping loft which allows it to sleep up to 6 people in three double beds. The main bedroom has a free standing bath at the foot of the bed. There are 2 bathrooms - one en-suite from the main bedroom.
The whole loft is both stylish and modern but retains a lot of its retro charm.
The ever buzzing Hoxton Square is just around the corner. In the heart of Shoreditch, East London's cool shops, trendy bars and popular restaurants are all in the neighbourhood. The markets of Columbia Road, Spitalfields, and Brick Lane are a short walk away.
Great location & space to enjoy a few days in London. Close enough to get around anywhere and had all of the amenities we wanted.
Communication was great - check in process was easy. Looking forward to the next trip.
We loved our stay at the Framery Loft. There was ample room for 6 adults. Bus/tube stations were a short walk away to take us wherever we wanted to go, and restaurants and convenience stores were very close by. I may have missed mention of the stairs, so take note there are two flights of stairs to access the property.
Unique place with great personality and common area
Loved the space with plenty of seating. The 3 flights of stairs were a lot on some days but we managed. Kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable.
Couldn't have asked for better accommodation as a base for the wedding. The open plan space was perfect... absorbing the bride, mother of bride, bridesmaid, make up, hair, photographer etc in the run up to the ceremony. We loved the location and the quirky decoration. Thanks for sharing it with us
While the common space was large and well furnished , the bedrooms were just ok and the 2nd bathroom was inadequate- a closet turned into a shower. We used it once and suddenly there was a terrible smell. Host commented that well itâs rarely used and probably needs some bleach. We had screened for two bathrooms so the use of one shower for our group was really just not satisfactory. The apartment also had ants in kitchen and in one bedroom. Host laid down some powder which did nothing and they did not seem to care. Further this place has several dark stairs to navigate - we were on but for less fit people this could be a problem and should have been noted in the listing. Overall disappointing for the price.
The property was very clean and quite lovely! We traveled with our children and had plenty of space and were very comfortable. The neighborhood is great with fun spots to eat and get a drink. Very close to transportation. It was nice to have a âhomeâ to come back to after a day out.
This was a fantastic property, located on a quiet street just a short walk to transport and fantastic restaurants and shopping. The flat is a fun space with great art, and a lovely living/kitchen space and bedrooms with a nice loft as well. The property manager Russell was fantastic, super responsive and wonderfully welcoming!
