Prepare to be enchanted from the moment you arrive at the threshold of this sprawling five-bedroom home. Located on a serene, tree-lined street in Wandsworth, Sunlit Symphony unveils itself gradually with each new landing of its labyrinthine stairs, where every room offers its own take on the homeâs overarching, cohesive design approach. And with easy access to Wandsworth Town and its eponymous station, embrace all that south-west London has to offer.
The living room sets the thematic tone of the home perfectly: lavish soft furnishings sit in the light of the bay window whilst gorgeous modern art pieces adorn the walls in a striking statement colour of deep-sea green. The adjoining lounge employs a more informal approach, with a large cozy sofa facing shelves full of books, ornaments and a TV.
The kitchen is a symphony of light, illuminated by floor-to-ceiling windows looking to the garden as well as a pair of skylights. An island sits near the middle of the room, opposite a large hob and double oven. A long formal dining table has room for eight, and its position next to the expansive windows make it the perfect place to enjoy a sunlit breakfast. Access the private garden from here, where you can lounge on a bench in the grass or cook a family dinner on the barbecue.
Climb the first flight of stairs and arrive at the first bedroom, featuring a double bed, a TV and a view out to the garden from the window. The airy principal bedroom follows; spacious and inviting. Employing a clean, minimalist look, itâs anchored by a king-sized bed and is drenched in natural light from two large windows â one bay, one regular. Up another flight of stairs lies the third bedroom, which offers a double bed and a sage colour palette reminiscent of the darker green of the living room. On the top floor, two more bedrooms await: one with a single bed, a desk and a Juliet balcony, and another with a single trundle bed and a desk.
Each upper floor has its own bathroom: the first-floor bathroom features a bath and overhead shower, wash basin and a toilet, with star-strewn blue tiles adorning the floor. The second-floor bathroom continues the starry-themed floors, this time in hues of pink and white, and offers a shower, wash basin and toilet. A WC is located on the ground floor near the kitchen.
