Villa Les Peres is located in the countryside of Alghero, a seaside town on the north-west coast of Sardinia. Luxury villa surrounded by greenery, it boasts a beautiful fenced garden with plants, flowers and a playground area (with swing, slide, climbing wall and jumping jack).

Among the outdoor spaces you will find a private pool (32 m2, depth 1.20 m), open from April to November, and equipped with: sunbeds, deckchairs, external shower and gazebos with sofas.

Under the large patio there is a dining table with barbecue and a lounge area with sofas and hammocks, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.

Moreover, at guests' disposal an external hot tub, a sauna and a private parking for 12 cars.

Internal Description

Villa Les Peres is spread over one single level, on the ground floor, and can accommodate up to 23 people, has 9 bedrooms (including 3 glamping tents) and 5 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets. 1 baby cot, 1 high chair, 1 baby bed and 1 stroller are available upon request. Pets are allowed at an extra cost.

The boho-chic decor is refined and filled with details and embellishments: from Zen references to majolica tiles of thousand colors, from ethnic elements to vintage furniture in rattan and wood.

Please note that the owner lives on the first floor of the villa guaranteeing maximum privacy to guests, and she is always available in case of need.

The property is made up of two open-space living areas with dining table, sofas, tv, and a modern kitchen (fully equipped with: oven, stove, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, and microwave). From the living room you can directly access the external patio.

The sleeping area is made up of 6 bedrooms divided as follows:

- a triple room with a four-poster double bed and a single bed;

- a triple room with a double bed (splittable into 2 single beds) and a single sofa bed;

- a triple room with a French bed and a single bed;

- a bedroom with two single beds;

- a bedroom with a double bed (splittable into 2 single beds), a single sofa bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower;

- a bedroom with a double bed.

Besides you will find 3 bathrooms with shower.

At the back of the villa there are 3 delightful glamping tents (two doubles and one triple), ideal for sleeping comfortably under the stars surrounded by nature. Each tent is equipped with: night lighting, sun loungers, and a small table with chairs.

Lastly, at guests' disposal a shared external bathroom (with shower).
