External Description



Villa Torre Luna is immersed in the splendid countryside of Sansepolcro, and enjoys a breathtaking panorama of the Valtiberina.

The property boasts a large fenced garden with flowers, private parking for 3-4 cars, and external dining area with barbecue, ideal for alfresco meals while enjoying a beautiful view over the valley.

Among the outdoor spaces there is a beautiful pool (5 x 10 m, depth 220 cm), located at a lower level of the garden, and reachable by going down a stone staircase with a gate. The pool is open from June to September, and is equipped with sunbeds, parasol, and external shower.



Internal Description



Villa Torre Luna is spread over 3 levels and can accommodate up to 8 people, has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. Each bedroom is provided with a portable fan. Pets are allowed on request at an extra cost. 1 baby cot and 1 high chair are available on request.



Ground floor: The ground floor consists of a welcoming open space living area, furnished with three sofas, tv, dining table, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with: oven, stove, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, and dishwasher.



First floor: Going up a comfortable staircase you can reach the first floor where you will find the sleeping area, divided as follows: a double with ensuite bathroom (with shower), a twin and a double sharing a spacious bathroom with bathtub.



Second floor: In the tower of the villa, accessible via an external staircase, there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and direct access to a panoramic terrace with sun loungers and small table, from which you can admire a wonderful view over Valtiberina.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity except heating); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.



Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (200.00€); heating according to consumption during winter months; pets on request (50.00€ per week per animal). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 300.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
