Villa Cynthia is a stunning waterfront villa with expansive terraces and private access to the sea. Located within the Tuscan Archipelago National Park on the Island of Elba, this villa offers an ideal setting for family holidays, gatherings with friends, or even business trips needing team accommodation. Comprising a main house along with two annexes, guests can enjoy both shared moments and privacy. Just 2 km away lies the charming village of Capoliveri, home to local shops and supermarkets, while the villa itself offers mesmerizing views of the Gulf of Mola and the Porto Azzurro.

Villa Cynthia (200 sqm) comprises a main house and two annexes.

MAIN VILLA (sleeps 8)

In the main villa (130 sqm), you will find a large living/dining room complete with comfortable sofas and a dining table. Next to the living space lies a well-equipped kitchen with modern conveniences and small appliances. An added highlight is the wonderful terrace offering scenic views the Gulf.

In the sleeping area, you will find three bedrooms:

- one double bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom (with shower)
- one quadruple bedroom with a double bed, two single beds and ensuite bathroom (with shower).
- one twin bedroom with two single beds and ensuite bathroom (with shower)

From the villa, a staircase leads to the two annexes below.

ANNEX ONE (sleeps 3)

Annex one (25 sqm) is independent from the main villa, ensuring privacy. Here, you will find a comfortable bedroom featuring a double bed, a single bed, and a private bathroom (with shower).

ANNEX TWO (sleeps 3)

Annex two (45 sqm) is independent from the main villa, ensuring privacy. Here, you will find a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bedroom featuring a double bed, a single bed, and a bathroom (with shower).

Outside, the garden offers stunning sea views and several areas for relaxation and alfresco dining. A barbecue area sets the stage for sizzling barbecues while a private pathway with steps lead directly to the sea. For guests arriving by car, a convenient on-site parking area is available.
