Panorama Nest - Countryside charm with private pool

Set in the Tuscan countryside, in a typical rural village, is Panorama nest, an independent cottage, finely renovated with every comfort.

The house is accessed by entering a private garden completely fenced and flowered, with a beautiful pergola overlooking the countryside, equipped with table and chairs for al fresco dining and cozy sofas to relax with a good book or a glass of wine.

From the garden you access the house arranged on two levels. On the ground floor you will find the large living room with a sofa that can turn into a bed and the dining area, while on the left is the kitchen, which is open and equipped with all the necessary equipment for cooking, as well as a coffee maker, dishwasher, oven and induction hob.

Remaining on this floor is a service bathroom, with a washing machine available for guests.

A wide staircase leads to the upper floor where on the right the large walkway can turn into a small single bedroom. You will find, in fact, a small closet, bedside table and the single bed that if not used as a room, can be a cozy sofa to relax inside in the hottest hours.

The staircase on the left leads to the double bedroom, with closet and dresser and a second bathroom complete with shower.

The plus of this property is the swimming pool for private use, which is accessed from the garden, via a few steps and is completely surrounded by greenery. At the level of the pool is a support room, equipped with a small kitchen, bathroom complete with shower and sofa, where the little ones can spend time while their parents enjoy the relaxation of the pool.

The house can be reached via a white road about a kilometer from the main road.
