With 150 m² of space designed for comfort and relaxation, our house is the ideal retreat for up to 4 people. Two bedrooms with private bathrooms promise rest and privacy, while the open-plan kitchen and living room offer the perfect place to gather and share. The terraces, one overlooking the pool and the other next to it, are the ideal setting to enjoy the warm weather, whether sunbathing or enjoying an outdoor barbecue. The modern, yet cosy décor creates an ambience that will make you feel at home from the moment you walk through the door.

Located in the quiet municipality of Rojales, our home combines the serenity of a private retreat with the convenience of being just 13 minutes' drive from the beach and 35 minutes' drive from the vibrant centre of Alicante. Within walking distance, you'll find local attractions such as the AquaPark and the Rodeo Caves, as well as free public parking and easy access to public transport, making exploring the surrounding area simple and effortless.

In our efforts to ensure a unique and pleasant experience for all our guests, as well as to preserve the quality and ambience of our property, we have established some essential rules. We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation:

No Smoking: To ensure a healthy and pleasant environment for all, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

Pets and Parties: In order to maintain peace and order, no pets, parties, or noise disturbing the peace after 23:00 hours.

Maximum Capacity: For comfort and safety, the maximum occupancy of the property is 4 persons. Please respect this limit to ensure a pleasant stay for all.

Check-in and Check-out times: Check-in can take place from 4:00 pm, allowing our team to prepare the house to perfection for your arrival. Check-out must be before 11:00 am, in order to be able to properly welcome the next guests.

Property Care: This house is a home full of love and dedication. We ask that you treat every corner with the same respect and care as if it were your own, thus contributing to the preservation of a welcoming and pleasant environment for future guests.
