JOLLI One-Bedroom Apartmentis located in the strict city center of Rovinj (pedestrian area). The nearest beach is located in 7minutes walking distance. Interior size is 50m2. It is located on floor: 1. The accommodation has two air conditioners. One air conditioner is in the kitchen and the other air conditioner is located in the bedroom. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself.It is not possible to access the accommodation with a car because it is located in a pedestrian area.
PARKING: Private parking is not available because the accommodation is located in a pedestrian zone. There are 2 parking options available to guests: public parking in 5-10 minutes walking distance (on payment) or public parking in 15-20 minutes walking distance (with parking pass included in the accommodation price). The guest will receive the parking pass and all the necessary details from the owner upon arrival at the accommodation.
MAXIMUM GUESTS: 4 person
BED DESCRIPTION: 1 double bed + 1 extra bed(sofa bed foldable double).If the extra bed is used, there is an additional cost (per person).
CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using main bed.

The apartment was spacious, very clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Old Town, close to everything. The communication with the hosts was excellent – they provided clear instructions that made the check-in and our stay very easy.

Perfect location. Easy walk to restaurants, harbor, etc. comfortable bed. Only minor complaint is that there was no laundry detergent and we were there over a holiday (markets closed).

Special place!

The accommodation and location was excellent and so close to everything in beautiful Rovinj. Communication was excellent and an early entry was very appreciated. One negative is the very poor water pressure and tiny shower area otherwise the apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

Great location.

Location was great, an airy and light apartment, you can close outside window shutters at night for darkness otherwise it’s very bright from street lamps. Once windows are all closed it’s quiet with just a little street noise as expected but it didn’t disturb my sleep with ear plugs. Bed was super comfy.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

We were so happy to arrive in this clean, bright and spacious apartment in the middle of Rovinj. The two A/C units quickly cooled the place and we felt right at home. Everything worked great! The apartment was on the 1st floor, just above one of the best shopping areas in the city, yet it was quiet and private. We'll be back!!!

We had a delightful stay in Rovinj at the JOLLI apartment. The location could not be better, in the middle of the old town and so completely walkable to anything you'd want. The communication was easy, both with the management company and the actual owner (which is nice). The place was clean and comfortable as well. My only negative was that we were not informed that we needed to turn the hot water heater switch on before we got any hot water! This resulted in a chilly morning cleaning. Just wish we had better communication on that, but it is a minor issue in an otherwise perfect place.

Extraordinary journey!

The flat is exactly as described. Overall cheap and cheerful. If you’re after a glamorous stay, this isn’t it — but if you want a budget-friendly spot in an amazing location, right in the heart of the city, it delivers. The bed is big and comfortable, though a couple more pillows (and cases) would’ve been nice. Towels were provided, but only one large one. The bathroom is smaller than the photos suggest, which made it feel less relaxing compared to the rest of the space. Good aircon, thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, olive oil, salt and pepper were appreciated. The main drawback was the water pressure, both in the shower and kitchen, which really wasn’t great at all. Overall, you get what you pay for — no surprises, just an honest stay in a fantastic location.

Wer Rovinj in seiner ganzen Magie erleben möchte, ist hier genau richtig! Die JOLLI Ferienwohnung ist ein echtes Juwel – ich bin noch immer begeistert. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein: Mitten im Herzen der Altstadt von Rovinj (proWIN im schönsten Sinne des Wortes!). Man steckt sofort in diesem unwiderstehlichen Flair der Gassen und Plätze. Nur ein paar Treppenstufen runter, und man steht mitten im pulsierenden Leben – Restaurants, kleine Läden, Eisdielen, alles direkt vor der Haustür. Und trotzdem war es in der Wohnung angenehm ruhig. Einfach perfekt! Auch die Ausstattung ist fantastisch: Die Wohnung ist großzügig (50 m²), blitzsauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die zwei Klimaanlagen (Küche + Schlafzimmer) sind Gold wert, besonders an heißen Tagen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet (Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher...), das Bett himmlisch bequem – man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Sogar unser kleiner Vierbeiner war gegen eine kleine Gebühr willkommen! Kleiner, gut gemeinter Hinweis: Da die Wohnung in der Fußgängerzone liegt, muss man sein Auto auf einem der öffentlichen Parkplätze abstellen. Der Vermieter stellt aber einen kostenlosen Parkausweis zur Verfügung (ca. 15-20 Gehminuten entfernt) – das ist super und völlig unkomplizient. Das sollte einen bei diesem Traum von Lage und Qualität aber keinesfalls abschrecken. Fazit: Diese Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Glücksgriff. Zentrale Lage, top Ausstattung, sauber und gemütlich. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder und kann die JOLLI Wohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Danke für den wundervollen Aufenthalt und das abschließende Geschenk 🎁🥇🏆😘❤️🫶😍
