AALVAR - Studio Apartment with Balcony is located in the strict city center of Rovinj - in the pedestrian area, in one of the narrow cobbled streets leading uphill to the church. The nearest beach is just a 2 minute walk away and everything can easily be accessed on foot. The apartment is situated on the second floor of a vintage traditional Istrian building. Recently renovated and equipped with everything you may need during your stay, this cozy studio apartment also has a romantic terrace perfect to enjoy breakfast in the morning or a glass of good Istrian wine in the evening.
Furnished with a fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine...), washing machine, SAT TV, AC, free WiFi, this studio apartment is an ideal place for couples to spend the holidays.
With theSt. Euphemia church, farmer's market, an abundance of dining optionsand beachline close by, an excellent all roundRovinj experience is assured. And all you romantic hearts out there will love our terrace with a historical view and a sound of splashing waves in the distance.
Although our apartment isn't accessible via car as it is situated in the pedestrian area, convenient luggage carts are available to transport your luggage for a small fee. The accommodation doesn't offer a parking place, but the nearest public parking (extra cost) is situated at a distance of 250 m. We can also organize a transfer from the airport to the apartment.

This appartment, perfectly located in the old town, was fabulous for our 2 night stay; and exactly as shown and described. The charming private terrace being a real plus point. Good comunication and useful information on parking from Igor really helped. A wonderful place to stay.

Fantastic location, exactly as described, loved the stone patio. More than enough for two people, all amenities we could need. Lots of mosquitoes, so be aware and proactive. A very positive experience, can’t wait for the next summer!

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Incredible location right in the middle of the old town. The apartment is renovated with a very nice terrace. Check-in has been really smooth, and we really appreciated the tips for parking and restaurants. The only negative was the feeling of cleanliness in the bathroom.

Glorious residence!

We had the most wonderful stay in Igors beautiful apartment. It perfectly suited our needs - we loved staying in the old town amongst the buzz of Rovinj. Easy communication with Igor and key hand over on arrival. Our apartment was so quiet and peaceful, we loved our small stone balcony, very private. Washing machine a bonus for us. We had every comfort and were sad to leave.

Couldn’t have been better - Igor’s place is in the perfect location - very close to nice restaurants, bakeries, etc. There are a few very nice beaches nearby that can be reached by foot from the apartment (with the possibility to rent sun beds). The apartment is very quiet, cozy, clean and equipped with everything that you need during your stay in Rovinj. The bathroom is spacious and the apartment also has air conditioning. Highly recommended!

High-end vacation!

es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft es war mitten in der Innenstadt. Wir waren in der Hochsaison da. Dementsprechend waren sehr sehr viele Touristen da aber an sich war das wirklich sehr schön. Das Meer ist direkt um die Ecke und der nächste Strand ist direkt 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, da kann man sich auch mit liegen hinlegen. Das sind wir meistens hingegangen, weil es viel besser und angenehmer war. Es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft und sehr schöne Zeit was ich aber leider nicht wusste, dass bei einer siebentägigen Unterkunft nicht geputzt Entweder man macht das selber oder halt gar nicht aber man kann auch der Alessia direkt schreiben und sie hätte alles gegeben, was man zum putzen braucht, man bekommt für die siebentägige Unterkunft jeweils nur ein großes und ein kleines Handtuch (pro person).

Extraordinary journey!

Die Unterkunft hat eine top Lage und der Host war super! Die Unterkunft war auch super, jedoch haben ein paar Utensilien wie Geschirrtücher oder Salz und Pfeffer gefehlt. Allgemein war es sauber, bis auf den Teppich. Allem in allem können wir die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung,sehr gut funktional eingerichtet, genügend Stauraum+Regale. Waschmaschine leicht zu bedienen. Bett für mich zu hart, dafür mit verschiedenen Kissen. Bad und Toilette schön+funktionell, mit Fenster zum lüften. Innenliegende Terasse schön groß,schattig für 2 Personen und zusätzlichen 2 Liegestühlen. Wohnung schnell erreichbar in der Altsradt, liegt im 2.Geschoß, steile Treppen.
