This wonderful, recently renovated apartment is located on the fourth floor of an elegant building in Via Pier Capponi, a residential and quiet street just a few minutes away from all of Florence's monuments and historical city center. The apartment is located just outside the main touristic areas of the city, thus ensuring you peace, quiet, and relaxation, while also being very close to all of Florence's historical and artistic landmarks: the Duomo, Santa Croce, Ponte Vecchio, and Palazzo Vecchio are all just a 10 minutes' walk away, very close to the Sant'Ambrogio area, a neighborhood filled with restaurants, supermarkets, farmers' markets, workshops, clubs, wine bars and anything you may need during your Florentine stay.

INTERIOR

This two-story apartment can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to its two double bedrooms and a sofa bed. The whole place was completely renovated and decorated with modern taste, with special concern for prime choice comforts and amenities. Every room is filled with natural light, thanks to the many large windows and the high ceilings, and the wonderful parquet floors donate a warm and welcoming feel to all the apartment's areas. Entering the apartment, you'll find the bright and airy living area, consisting of a fully equipped new kitchen, featuring everything you may need to cook your own Italian meals, and a dining table for six. The living room area features two comfortable sofas, one of which turns into a spacious double bed, a closet, and flat-screen TV. At this level, we also find a modern, recently redone bathroom, with a shower. From the living area, you'll also have access to a lovely balcony, equipped with a folding table and chairs: a relaxing outdoor space where to enjoy a glass of wine or breakfast in the morning. A wooden staircase leads up to the bedrooms. The master bedroom is located on the very top floor, just beneath the rooftop, and features a wonderful queen-size bed, a storage area, and a newly renovated modern bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom, also very bright and cozy, features a couple of single beds and a mirrored closet.

HOW TO GET THERE

BY TRAIN 25 minutes walk from S.M.Novella station

BY PLANE by cab in about 20 minutes from Florence airport, or by the T2 line that connects Amerigo Vespucci Airport directly with Florence Central Station.
