This beautiful detached two bedroom property can be found within the Montana Roja area of Playa Blanca and the property is typical of this area with its whitewashed facade and has a beautiful spacious terrace and the garden laid to artificial grass. It is located within Agua Marina urbanisation in an area known as Faro Park which is approximately 4 kms out of Playa Blanca itself on the western side of Playa Blanca. You will find a selection of local Bars/Cafes, small supermarkets, and numerous superb restaurants around a 5-10-minute walk away, which makes this property situated in an area that is very self-sufficient. It's just a short stroll to the picturesque seafront promenade which runs all the way from the lighthouse into the centre of Playa Blanca itself and the small sandy Playa de Montaña Roja beach is just a 800m walk away, so you are not far from all the amenities. This property is designed to be enjoyed by like minded adults who will appreciate the quality and attention to detail provided for their holiday where you can enjoy a peaceful, relaxing holiday in this residential urbanisation, and the owners of this property have chosen to only accept adults aged 21 years and over. This two bedroom two bathroom property has a private pool, Hot tub and air-conditioning in both bedrooms which are coin operated. INTERIOR Living Room: The front door opens into the hallway and open plan living room and kitchen area. The lounge has been tastefully furnished and decorated and you will find a leather three-seater and 2 leather chairs available for your comfort along with a coffee table and side tables. The property has two TV’s, one in this main lounge and has TV supplied via the internet and a Mag box, on this you will find box sets and films, together with terrestrial and Sky channels for your enjoyment. There are sliding patio doors that lead out onto the terrace, an outdoor seating area and the pool and Hot tub area. Kitchen: The kitchen is situated off the hallway and has a breakfast bar which is open plan to the lounge. The kitchen has everything you might need for a self-catering holiday including a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, hob and oven. A door leads off the kitchen to the indoor dining room and a further door to the utility area where you will find a washing machine available for your use. Dining Room There is a large wooden dining table, with bench seating and two chairs available so plenty of seating for 4 persons, there is also a separate small seating area for relaxing with a morning coffee, Patio doors lead out to the garden and terrace area Bedrooms and Bathrooms: This property offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 1 The master bedroom has a king size bed, two bedside tables with reading lamps and plenty of wardrobe space. There is also air conditioning (coin operated) in this bedroom and patio doors which lead out onto the sun and pool terrace. You will also find a TV in this bedroom with channels supplied via the internet and a Mag box, on this you will find box sets and films, together with terrestrial and Sky channels for your enjoyment. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a large walk in shower and WC single sink with a vanity mirror over. Bedroom 2 The second bedroom has twin beds side by side with bedside tables and reading lamps and plenty of wardrobe space and a window that overlooks the pool. This bedroom also has air conditioning (coin operated). Family Bathroom Separate bathroom with WC, large, step in shower and a single hand wash basin unit with vanity mirror. EXTERIOR Pool, Hot Tub (Hot tub will no longer be available effective 01/05/2027) and Sun Terraces: Both the living and dining room doors lead out onto the terrace area. The living room sliding doors lead out to the pergola shaded chill out area, which has comfortable seating for 4 people with a coffee table, the perfect place to relax out of the sun and chill and read a book. This area looks out onto the beautifully landscaped garden which has been very well thought out and has expansive tiled terrace and grassed landscaped areas where you will have plenty of room to enjoy soaking up the Lanzarote sun! The swimming pool is a pebble tech, salt chlorinated 7.5m x 3.5m in size and 1.2m to 1.7m in depth electrically heated, (November to April inclusive) which has a stepped entry and handrail for easy access.. The hot tub (Will no longer be available effective 01/05/2027) can be found at the other side of the terrace, where you will also find the large charcoal Canarian BBQ. You will have plenty of room to move around the terrace and garden area to chase the sun all day and also the added bonus of not having to move your sunbed as there are 8 very comfortable sun loungers in various positions around the terrace area, which all come have the “all” weather comfy cushions. This detached property is fully enclosed by a traditional Piedra wall. OTHER INFORMATION The villa is protected by a Verisure intruder alarm monitoring system which has 3 internal cameras in communal areas which only take photos when the alarm is set off. There are also 2 video cameras outside which monitor the immediate area of the side and front entrance areas. Location: It is approximately 5 kms out of Playa Blanca but situated within easy access to the seafront promenade which runs all the way from the lighthouse into Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. You will find a row of local Bars/Cafes, small supermarkets and numerous superb restaurants around a 5–10-minute walk away from the villa, which makes this villa situated in an area that is very self-sufficient. The town centre of Playa Blanca is just a 5-10 minute taxi ride away and there are reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi services allowing you to explore all areas easily. The readily available taxi service cost to/from town centre from the villa is approximately €6.00 (2024) Parking and Accessibility: There is on road parking in front of the villa. Cleaning Service: Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. A change of linen & towels are provided mid stay for stays of 10 nights and longer. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels are provided. Pool towels are also provided for your convenience. Additional cleaning can be provided upon request, at an additional charge. Please enquire if this is required. Prices and Occupancy: Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing. First child under the age of 2 at the time of travel stays free, Cots and High Chairs available, upon request, at an additional cost of 20€ per week, per item. A refundable Damage Bond of 400€ is payable for this villa or Accidental Damage Waiver needs to be taken.
