Welcome to our charming two-bedroom private cobbled mews apartment located in the heart of Holland Park, between Notting Hill and Shepherd's Bush. Our apartment has been recently renovated with top-quality finishes. It boasts a comfortable living area, a well-equipped kitchenette, and spacious and cosy bedrooms. The property is conveniently located just a 4-minute walk from Holland Park Underground Station, plus buses to central London, making it an ideal choice for both convenience and style.
The space
Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom mews apartment nestled on a private road in the heart of the city!

Newly renovated to the highest standard, our apartment boasts top-quality finishes and a prime location that's perfect for your city getaway. As you enter, you'll be greeted by a beautiful wooden stairway leading up to a spacious open-plan living area adorned with elegant Edwardian sash windows.

To the right, you'll find a well-equipped kitchenette featuring modern appliances and ample cupboard space. Adjacent to the kitchenette is a cosy dining area with seating for two, perfect for enjoying meals together.

On the left side of the living space, you'll discover a cosy urban-inspired living area with a charming brick back wall. Relax on the comfortable sofa while watching your favourite shows on the TV or enjoy a cup of coffee at the coffee table.

The first room on the left side of the living space features two single beds that can be converted into a double. A built-in storage unit offers ample space for your belongings. This room also boasts a modern en-suite shower room with a large overhead shower, secondary shower hose, and WC. The bathroom is tastefully finished with gold fixtures, accessories, and a matching towel rail.

Next door, you'll find a convenient WC with gold fixtures and a heated towel rail.

Behind the third door on the left side of the living space is the master bedroom. This spacious room features a king-size Victorian-style metal bed frame and additional storage units. Like the other bedrooms, it also includes an en-suite bathroom with the same elegant aesthetic and features.

Outside the property, you'll find a paid parking lot conveniently located nearby. Additionally, Holland Park Avenue is home to a variety of restaurants and bars, perfect for dining out and exploring the local nightlife.

Transportation links are excellent, with Holland Park Underground Station just a 4-minute walk away, Shepherds Bush Rail Station within walking distance, and Shepherd's Bush (Central) Underground just a short distance away. Additionally, there are plenty of bus services available to serve all across London.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

We found the apartment to be stuffy as the windows didn't stay open, and while there was an air-conditioning unit there was a note on it that said to leave the setting as is. It also is advertised as having a washing machine but we could not find it. The bedrooms are dark because they don't have windows. They have skylights but the one in the master bedroom wasn't working. On the plus side, the location was fantastic and the area has a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The Tube station is just down the street which was convenient.

The location of this property is excellent! 2 mins to a bus stop, 5 mins to the tube. In a quiet mews so lovely and peaceful. It looked as if the property wasn’t quite finished. Missing simple things like bedside lamps in the second bedroom. No mirrors anyway apart from very small ones in the bathroom. No plugs for hairdryer or razor in the bathroom. It also wasn’t possible to pull up the blinds in the living/kitchen area so quite dull. The main issue were the beds. The double bed mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Springs poking out everywhere. The two single beds in the second bedroom were smaller than a standard single so not good if you’re an adult.
