The apartment, on the third floor of an Art Nouveau building with elevator, opens onto an open space furnished with a sofa, a TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped open kitchen. Some stairs lead to the loft, which houses the sleeping area with a queen-size bed. A balcony and a bathroom with shower complete the layout.
