There is one family bathroom on the 1st floor and a toilet/W.C. downstairs. This property has a spacious lounge with cozy sofas. There is a separate kitchen fully equipped with everything you need and a dining room with a dining table perfect for catching up with family and friends over dinner. Perfect for visiting friends and family, or for professionals working in the area.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of ÂŁ300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
