Villa Prengos Bay View is an attractive 3 bedroom villa offering stunning views of Chrysohous Bay and the sea. With contemporary stylings both inside and out, plus an inviting private pool, this modern property has everything you need for a fabulous holiday. Set on the outskirts of Neo Chorio village, you’ll find a local restaurant within a short walking distance. The popular resorts of Latchi and Polis are also within easy reach by car. WiFi and air conditioning/ heating in the bedrooms are included.
Villa Prengos Bay View is set on the edge of the village of Neo Chorio, overlooking Latchi and the sweeping azure curve of the Bay of Chrysochous. There is a local restaurant nearby, while the centre of Latchi is just 5 minutes’ drive away, with its picturesque fishing harbour and coastal walkway. There are several beaches on this coast, most are shingle with fresh clear water. The old town of Polis is approximately 12 minutes’ drive away, where you’ll find the town square surrounded by traditional tavernas, coffee shops and shops selling local delicacies and souvenirs.
Main pool: 8 x 4 mtr, 1.5 - 1.5 mtr depth
Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.
