Great holiday! The villa was truly amazing and the grounds were stunning. It was clean and the cleaner visited us two times during our stay for a light cleaning and to change the bedding and towels. Such a delight to sit and have breakfast in the mornings or a glass of wine in the evenings around your own swimming pool. Great location, close to the beach, restaurants, tavernas, and bars, as well as a supermarket. Will definitely be staying at this villa again, hopefully very soon.

Excellent villa in great location

This is an excellent property. Lovely warm private swimming pool. The pool is cleaned every day by Alex. Also there was a full clean of the house and fresh towels and bed linen half-way through our stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great: a very short walk (2 minutes) to the beach; and lots of restaurants in walking distance. One restaurant is in effect next door but one. Also there is a small supermarket in walking distance (15-20 minutes). Local taxis if you need them. This means that you do not requirte a hire car.

The villa is excellent. Very clean and well maintained by Alex and Katarina who are a lovely Greek couple who came every day to maintain the pool and clean the exterior area. The interior was cleaned once a week. The villa is very well kitted out with everything you will need. The beach is 100 metres away and there are sunbeds 200 metres away next to the excellent Plage restaurant where you can get drinks and food, and also there are toilets, and changing facilities next to the restaurant. More restaurants can be found along the short walk into town along the lovely promenade. There is a car hire company 100 metres away who i can recommend as we used them called Petrides. We have had a wonderful stay and have enjoyed every minute.

Our holiday was more than what we expected. Properly cleaned with all the amenities in place. During the day enjoyed swimming in turquoise waters at the nearby sandy beach while in the evenings we gathered with our friends around the pool area and enjoyed the local food specialties and wines. The owner visited us on the day after arrival to check that we had everything we needed and kept in contact throughout the holiday including a visit the day before we departed. Thank you so much for a great holiday.

Its been an incredible week for us! The inside of the villa was so comfortable and there was everything that you could need during your holiday. Nice terrace and pool, we enjoyed relaxing there during the whole day and waited the moment to see the most beautiful sunset views. Walking distance to the beach made our holiday unforgettable. Asprokremmos Beach and Yiannakis Beach are some of the beaches where we spent an amazing time swimming and sunbathing. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Best holiday ever! This is just what we wanted; clean, spacious and a lovely pool to relax in! The pool area is magnificent. There are also a BBQ and an outside dining area where we spend most of our time. Nearby are some nice restaurants that offer tasty local specialties. We also liked their local wines. The weather is perfect and creates a great scenic break for me and my family. By the way, this is our third holiday in this villa and we hope that we will come back the next year.

The villa was lovely. The comfort inside and outside of the villa was just perfect. Comfortable, cozy, well-equipped, and most important near to the beach. The pool was really big and gave us enough space to enjoy ourselves as we were 8 people. Nearby are also a lot of restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. Savored every moment of our stay and we definitely will book again with this company.

Fantastic villa

We just spent 10 days here and the property was really good! Nice and clean, the pool and house cleaners were very friendly as well. It has everything a family needs and I would happily stay here again. The only comment is that they have changed the name of two of the villas so we ended up taking a little time to work out which was ours. But that is a minor grumble. Otherwise all good and a fantastic holiday!

A good stay in latchi

The best property we have rented in latchi. But the description slightly misleading. It said 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs. There were two upstairs and two downstairs. The pool man and his wife were delightful and the cleaning maid was superb

Schönes Haus aber zu laute Umgebung

Haus, Garten und Pool sind schön. Allerdings ist die Straße genau am Garten vorbei vielbefahren und laut. Die Nähe zum Strand ist schön und Latchi ist in Laufentfernung. Leider hatten wir zeitweise sehr laute Nachbarn.
