The city centre of Lucca is just a short and comfortable drive away. Drive for just 5 minutes to reach the Roman and Medieval Squares and sit down for a taste of authentic local Wine with a view over the Walls that surround the city of Lucca or drive 20 minutes to grab an ice cream after sunbathing on the nearby beaches of the Versilia and Forte dei Marmi. Excursions to the nearby sites and towns of Florence, Pisa, San Gimignano and Cinque Terre, known for its colorful villages perched on the rocky riviera, are a must.

Composition:
Ground Floor: fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room with sliding glass doors opening onto the pool and garden, laundry room, 2 master bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Please kindly note that while the bedrooms on this floor are not air-conditioned, the house remains cool and pleasant.

Lower Ground Floor: Bedroom with bathroom.

First Floor: entrance opening onto porch and garden, living room with Bar and French windows, air conditioning, opening onto the terrace and a wonderful view above the pool and the surrounding nature, master bedroom with bathroom, queen bedroom with toilet.

Second Floor: Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, AC and private terrace.

The indoor table comfortably seats 6-8 guests, making it ideal for intimate gatherings. An additional outdoor table is available for larger groups, ensuring ample space for everyone to dine together and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
