Luxury modern 4 bedroom garden house Battersea/Chelsea

Our spacious house is furnished to a high standard to provide accommodation for up to 8 guests in four bedrooms plus two more on the living room sofa bed. (three bedrooms only access is available for 6 people staing in the bedrooms and two more staying on a living room sofa bed, through a separate listing at a special rate). Our guests love our gas fireplace, a spacious garden, our library and board games, as well as fully stocked bathrooms and kitchen.

Living room: *Please note, we have just changed up our living room adding a plush cream sofa bed, hence the variation in living room photos- awaiting professional photography. Cosy up in front of the fireplace, enjoying numerous books available in our library, or watching the 65'' TV. X Box and Netflix are available for your use with your own login. Please note that the fireplace is unavailable for use until the 19th of July as we have had to order a new remote.

The "Library" is stocked with board games for your use.

Kitchen: Always generously stocked with essentials and extras. Microwave, kettle, all the condiments you can imagine, and our favourite mocha pot for your morning coffee. The dining table has 6 chairs and you can bring in two more from the living room. Our tableware and glassware are Villeroy Boch, and our pots are Alessi. There are more cookbooks than you can read in our library; feel free to get inspired.

Bedroom One - The Tiny:
Features a UK King bed (150x200). With a lovely flowering lemon tree view and garden aspect. This bedroom is extra quiet.

Bedroom Two - The Master: Musculine and quirky, with a UK King bed (150x200) and a generous wardrobe. It is an ensuite featuring both a shower and bath. Toiletries and bath bubbles are provided. For extra chill during the warm months, open the window to enjoy the view of our garden sycamore and magnolia trees from the bathtub.

Bedroom Three - The Misstress: Our second largest room features taupy neutral decor with a EU King bed (160x200) and a full fitted wardrobe, plus a lovely morning sky view towards the North. 

The Green Bathroom - features both a shower and a bath. Toiletries and bath bubbles are provided. The window opens a private view towards our garden and the giant Sycamore tree and the Magnolias.

Bedroom Four - The Penthouse: The largest room in our house faces south and is an idyll for early birds and Yogis. With the UK Super King Bed (180x200), it's extra special. Plus, you can enjoy the star view through the Velux windows straight from your bed. Basic gym equipment is available for use in "The Penthouse" upon request.

The Garden: surrounded by Magnolias and a Sycamore tree, we have both shade and sun throughout the day. Our outdoor sofas are super comfy and seat 6 people. You're welcome to bring dining chairs outside; just please wipe the chair legs after;)

The Laundry: We have a Miele washer-dryer and are fully stocked for your detergent needs, which you are free to use. If in doubt, call us or consult the manual for the right use.

The Stock: Each guest will have their own set of towels. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and bath bubbles are provided in both bathrooms.

All bedding is hypoallergenic and is dry-cleaned regularly.
A Marshall speaker is available on the ground floor.
Fire extinguisher and Blanket are under the console table in the kitchen.
Dyson Hot and Cold is located behind the door in the "Master." We have an additional heater located in the eaves, although the house is very warm during the winter months.

Now to the extras:
- Art: we partner with local shops and artists, and all our art is available for sale. Should you wish to purchase, we will provide a sale during your stay or a shipment to your home location, depending on the availability or replacement for our next guests.

- The Bar and the Drawer: We have an honesty bar within the blue bar cabinet located in the living room. It features champagne, wine, beer, occasional seasonal cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages. Here you will also find The Drawer, stocked with popcorn, crackers, nuts, olives, and sweets. The price list for the items in The Bar and The Drawer is on the counter. Payment is invoiced through AirBnB upon checking out, but a bank transfer before check-out is also accepted. We would appreciate it if you could send us the list of products you enjoyed just before checking out so we have time to stock up for our next guests!

- The Emergency Kit: Within the Bar Unit, you will find items guests occasionally forget. Should you require the use of any Emergency Kit essentials, the price list is on the coffee table. Payment is invoiced through AirBnB upon checking out, but a bank transfer before check-out is also accepted. We would appreciate it if you could send us the list of products you enjoyed just before checking out so we have time to stock up for our next guests!

- Decorating: We are available to decorate rooms of your choice for special occasions, such as birthdays, Christmas, and New Years. Please note that only an artificial Christmas tree can be supplied at this time. Please give us at least 4 full days notice if you require decoration services. Payment for this service is charged in advance of your stay through AirbnB.

Now to the boring rules:
We do keep the house in pristine condition, as we are both clean freaks and want our guests to enjoy the nicest environment. So we kindly ask you to never wear shoes inside. We provide free hotel-style slippers for all our guests for comfort. For garden use, please bring your outside shoes.

Our house is thoroughly cleaned after each guest, and we provide a cleaning service during your stay if you are lodging for more than 8 days. It is not possible to opt out of the weekly clean, which is complimentary for long stays past the first clean. Our rugs, sofas, and carpets are professionally cleaned every 3 months.

Chilled parties are allowed with due consideration to our neighbours. Please don't make too much noise past 11 and warn us in advance if you're planning to make some music and laughter heard so we can warn them in advance.
Smoking inside is strictly prohibited and will set our alarms off. 

The dining table will have marks if you put hot plates on it. Please use the coasters, placemats, and cork underlays for any hot food. That said, the kitchen counter is heatproof, so seasoned chefs won't have issues making a feast.
We would appreciate it if you could kindly load the dishwasher before you leave.

Rubbish removal is at wee hours every Wednesday. Please take all bags outside by Tuesday evening to the front door for the rubbish removal guys to reach easily from behind the fence and remove any from the wheely bin; otherwise it won't be collected because the guys can't reach that far down.

In the case of OOPSs - we all break things from time to time, so please do let us know if you did so in advance so we can stock up for our future gusts in time and pay special attention when cleaning in case of glass breackage.

Dogs - as much as we wish to say YES PLEASE, some of our guests may be allergic, and so we do have to decline requests for the little lodgers. 

BEware: 
We allow stays with toddlers and very young children at your own risk. We do not provide cots, baby chairs, nursing chairs, or barriers. There are three free-standing mirrors in the house that you need to watch out for, and it is a four-story house. Sharp objects, including tools, are mainly inside the "Library," but be vigilant in other places too. Should you have any concerns about staying with a child, please message us, and we will do our best to highlight any additional hazards.
