Welcome to my new apartment! My comfortable and bright 3 bedroom / 2 bathrooms flat, located at the heart of Paris city center, perfect for those traveling with children or friends. The neighborhood is safe and family-friendly with plenty to do on your doorstep. The apartment is located in the 11th district, the heart of the French capital!
Spacious and central, with an incredible Garden this apartment will be the ideal holiday spot for your family holidays in Paris.
The Space:
Welcome to my 90m2 cozy and bright flat next to the emblematic centre of Paris, an ideal spot for art and culture lovers, containing some of the most emblematic monuments and museums of the city. This is a superb apartment located on very nice and quiet Parisian courtyard, private only for my guests other property owners of the building!
The apartment has been under another owners management, as new owner of the apartment I will make sure you have even a more memorable stay with me!
This apartment features a bright and comfy living area with its own dinning table and opened to a well-equipped American kitchen. All bedrooms are located along a corridor very well distributed nearby each of the bathrooms.
The apartment has a capacity for up to 8 people distributed in 3 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: Double bed (140x200cm)
- Bedroom 2: Double bed (140x200cm)
- Bedroom 3: Bunk bed
- Living room: 2 sofa beds (140x200cm)
Some special features!
- Accessed via a very nice and quiet interior GARDEN, private only for the neighbors of the building.
- No stairs to access the apartment!
- Spacious living room with an open layout to a modern kitchen
- Centralized AC system
- 2 full bathrooms with shower and 2 Separate toilets
- Paid parking off premises - walking distance from the apartment.
- Baby crib and high chair available under request and availability, kindly send us a message in order to confirm please
- Fresh linens and bath towels will be provided.
- My property will be professionally cleaned before your stay

- After your reservation is confirmed, you will be requested to self-register via Chekin platform, where you will need to register all guests and pay the mandatory tourist taxes.
- Virtual keys will be provided on your same check-in day.
- During your reservation you will have 24/7 assistance from me and my team!

This flat is located in the heart of the 11th district of Paris, in the Popincourt area. This area is famous for being a perfect area to link ramble and shopping. It's full of restaurants, coffee shops, fashionable shopping, and local stores (bakeries, supermarkets, butchers, etc)
Getting Around:
The location of the apartment will allow you to move quickly and easily across the capital via many possibilities for public transportation:
- Metro: Voltaire (line 9), 3min by walk
- Metro: Richard Lenoir (line 5), 5 minutes by walk
- Metro: Chemin vert (line 8), 9 minutes by walk
- Metro: Rue Saint-Maur (line 3), 10 minutes by walk
- Metro: Gare de Lyon (line 14), 10 minutes by walk
- RER: Gare de Lyon (RER A- RER D), 10 minutes by walk
- BUS day & night
Other Things to Note:
*** TOURIST TAX & HOME ADDRESS ***
- The Paris administration charges a small fee to every guest staying in a tourism accommodation. The introduction of a tourist tax makes it possible to avoid having to bear the costs linked to tourist activity in the area solely on the local taxpayer. Thus, revenue from the tourist tax is entirely allocated to the development of tourism infrastructure and the promotion of the territory. The promotion of Parisian tourism is therefore directly financed by the tourist tax, paid by tourists, and not by local tax.
- This contribution is mandatory for all adult guests and is calculated based on a percentage basis according to the number of nights and night rates of your reservation. The maximum amount per person / per night is 15.60 EUR. You can check all the information at Taxe de séjour PARIS.
- National and International police demand that each guest, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.

Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs
Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100⏠charge per hour late)

1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a deposit seizure up to 600âŹ.
2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.
3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas.
4. Loss of keys will have a 100⏠charge per key lost.
5. No smoking on interior areas.
6. If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.
7. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
8. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.
Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.
