Dear Lisa, We are very disappointed to read your review. Firstly we would never speak to our guest in such manner as we pride ourselves with a personal approach to our guests. Secondly, we have offered you a larger 2 bed 2 bath apartment instead of 2 bed 1 bath apartment since you mentioned you have a 17 year old dancer daughter so we kindly thought she would appreciate second bathroom when preparing for competitions, as previously explained, based on which you agreed to stay in a property. If you think that 4.5m x 4.5m second bedroom is a closet size room than unfortunately none our apartments would satisfy your requirements, since all our apartments have exactly the same bedroom layouts plus windows are of standard 1.1m x 1.3m size so this is not small size window as you claim. We have never had a chance to rectify the issue with mattress as you never mentioned anything about mattress. We found the above complaints unreasonable as we did all we can to keep you happy. As much as we are sorry that you feel this way we would like to put things into right perspective. We have had over 4000 stays in our apartments with only positive feedbacks that can be easily checked on on our other platforms.
