This beautifully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 shower room villa is located only 10 minute walk to the stunning Marina Rubicon.
The villa is set over 2 levels, with a gated car parking space you enter into the bright, luxury furnished lounge area, with 2 sofas, coffee tables and TV, leading off from the lounge is the modern well equiped kitchen and utility area.
The dining room seats 4 with sliding windows that open views onto the garden and pool area.
There is also the benefit of a shower, toilet and sink on the ground floor.
Stairs lead upto the 2 bedrooms, shower room and a 2nd lounge area with a sofa, TV and large sliding windows with fantastic sea views perfect for watching the sunset or sunrises.
The master bedroom is tastefully decorated with a double bed, bedside tables and fitted wardrobes, the 2nd bedroom is a good size twin room with fitted wardrobes and bedside table & lamp.
Both Bedrooms are fitted with Airconditioning Units.
There is a Shower Room, Toilet & Sink.
The outside Pool Area is perfect for relaxing in the sunshine, with walk-in steps to the pool 7x3.5 1.7 Deep, sunbeds and an outside table for Al-fresco dining.
Pool Heating is Charged at £15 per day Prices are based on 2 people sharing extra guests are charged at £15 per night

Perfect family break

Spotless, beautiful accommodation, perfect for a family break. Great location, short walk to the marina and local supermarket. 15/20 mins to the waterfront for more restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back.. 5 stars!

A nice, modern villa, a 15 minute walk from Marina Rubicon, close to the bus stop for Playa Blanca (buses run every 30 minutes during the day). Nice pool and comfortable rooms, well equipped kitchen.

Relaxing stay

We had an amazing stay in Villa Atlantico. It was spacious, well equipped, very clean and beautifully decorated. Pool was very clean & warm. Only 15 minutes walk to local shops and marina with plenty of great restaurants, cafes. Very easy booking and great communication with the property owner.

Lovely villa, everything is as shown in pictures.

It was lovely and relaxed. Jodie was always on hand to help if it was needed. Close to the beach and places to shop and eat. My daughter enjoyed her stay and made full use of the lovely pool.

Great Villa in great location

Lovely villa in great location, very well equipped, everything you would need. Outside area was very secure for the children and the pool was great. Villa was within walkable distance to the marina and supermarket. Great communication with Jodie the villa manager, all questions were answered very promptly.

Super place to stay

The villa has a very well equipped kitchen, the whole villa was clean, and had all the things we could need. The pool was warm, and very inviting, and with 4 sunbeds and an outside table and chairs, was great for meals out in the sun. The villa is located only a short walk from Marina Rubicon, for shops, restaurants, and the twice weekly market. All in all, a great place to stay !

We had a lovely relaxing stay. The villa was clean and modern with a lovely pool and met all of our expectations.Marina Rubicón area was better than expected and the restaurants provide for a variety of tastes. One thing to note - try and book restaurants in advance to get the best tables and also because they get very busy. Communication with Jodie was excellent.Unfortunately the upstairs shower tiles were coming away from the wall. I alerted Jodie who had been notified by the cleaning team. As there was only two of us we managed using just the downstairs shower room to avoid further damage. This was the only downside of our stay.We would definitely book to return to this villa.

Fantastic villa

Lovely clean villa with everything we needed, host Jodie was very helpful with any concerns. No aircon downstairs but holiday wasn’t affected as there was a stand alone fan. Lots of space and the kids loved the pool.

Nice villa quite location, you don’t get much sun in the garden. You really do need a car some lovely beaches 10 mins drive away. Internet was very poor so bad couldn’t connect tv to internet some days.

Having a car would be great to get around and see the island, but if not there is a bus route that stops outside the complex and goes all around Playa Blanca, stopping local to the beaches and town, Taxis are also very reasonable €4-5 to the town/beach. I'm sorry you had problems with the internet/tv, if you had contacted me, I could have spoken to the provider and had them take a look. Glad to know you liked the villa. Kind Regards

Villa in great location, 10 mins walk to Marina.Well appointed and modern.If you are a sun worshiper you do lose the sun around the pool area about 4pm due to the configuration of the villa and the shadows from a couple of small trees.Probably in summer months this would not be a big problem as sun is higher in sky. We stayed at end of March.One issue we were disappointed about was the non provision of pool towels at source.We were told on enquiry once we had checked in that pool towels had to be hired.Never had this situation before in any villa/apartment that we have stayed in.Feel that this should have been mentioned in the description of amenities illustrated on the VRBO site. Notwithstanding this however we really enjoyed our stay in the quiet complex and would visit again, although next time we would bring our own towels!

Beautiful villa in quiet area of Playa Blanca

The villa booking process was easy and communication with Jodie from the start was excellent. There are fees for beach towels and pool heating and we choose to have both of these as the charges were reasonable. Entry to the villa was easy and there is plenty of parking. The villa is beautifully maintained, very modern with everything you could possible need. The outside area was also great and the pool a treat! Beds were comfortable and with two bathrooms it was perfect for a family. We contacted Jodie whilst we were there and received quick replies and help when needed. The villa is no more than a 5 min drive from the harbour and small mall and within walking distance. There are also plenty of scooters are if you fancy taking one and it’s easy to set up a scooter account. Beautiful beaches nearby and plenty to do in the area whilst maintaining the peacefulness of being slightly away from the centre of town. As the island is pretty small it didn’t take long to get anywhere with the use of a hire car. We would definitely go back and stay in this villa again or another managed by the same people, excellent service and place to stay.

Great stay

Had a great week here, good location to stroll to the marina with all its options for dining there and easy to reach a couple of supermarkets. Outside was in the sun pretty much all day, bit blowy at the start of the week but that dissipated after a few days. Nice pool, I didn’t go for pool heating, I am a bit of a wimp if one isn’t like bath water, but it was ok, I probably would go for it in future, but may be a seasonal thing and not needed most of the time. House is very well equipped, don’t think you’d miss for anything, only thing I personally missed was a pod coffee machine as I find them a bit easier on holiday than a cafetière. So I bought a little one, but that’s purely my personal preference as I need my hit instantly in the mornings :-D. You can walk to the main town took me 25 minutes, the coastal promenade is a more pleasant walk, but a rental car is easier, drove to a restaurant overlooking the salt flats just north of town, that was worth it and would also recommend booking every meal, only two of us so could just about get squeezed in when I didn’t book so would always try to. Also had a great meal in playa Blanca town at a tiny Italian called Ninen, the best mussel dish I’ve ever eaten, comes with a spicy kick in the broth, and fresh pasta main, charming little place. Also a great second hand bookstore in the town, really well organised and had so much stuff, really handy to save packing books if you’re not a Kindle fan.
