The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The caravan is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


There are 2 bedrooms in the unit .The master bedroom contains a double bed with ensuite toliet. The other bedroom has 2 single beds. Double sofa bed to lounge.


The family bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.


Linen  is  included to make your stay more enjoyable.
Cot, highchair and towel  hire are available
Change on request.

After a perfect day either on the beach,5 minutes walk away, or discovering the many local attractions why not relax in the sited indoor swimming pool followed by a drink.and a meal at the sites restaurant and club. Passes for the club,kids club and poolare at extra cost from reception. Alternatively there are many local pubs and restaurants to enjoy along with the Oasis pool in Hunstanton.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 2 pm and check-out is 11am. Early check-in and late check-out times are available for extra cost. Charges on request.
- Smoking is not allowed.
Due to site rules a a maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per caravan. Please contact owner should you wish to bring your pets
Sorry but no Hen and Stag parties allowed due to site rules.
No sign written commercial vehicles allowed in site.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property
A damage deposit of £75 is required per unit which can made by bank transfer up to 7 days before your stay or by cash on arrival. Refunds will be made in the same format as payment..
