Firm Anchor is set over three floors and consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for nine guests and a sitting area with TV and open fire, there is also a utility with washing machine and a first-floor snug with TV. The bedrooms consist for a king-size with en-suite bathroom, a lower-ground-floor double, a lower-ground-floor single, a single and a lower-ground-floor family room with bunk and single, serviced by a bathroom and ground-floor shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden, courtyard and balcony, all with furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars and additional roadside parking is available. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.4 miles, a pub and within 1.3 miles, a beach and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Firm Anchor is a wonderful base for your next getaway in Devon.

Whilst staying in Salcombe you must take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafĂ©s and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking, including the South West Coast path.
