Higher Cliftonville is a marvellous, duplex apartment resting in Salcombe, Devon and can sleep six guests in three bedrooms.
The property offers reverse-level accommodation. The living areas in the property consist of a second-floor open-plan living space with a kitchen housing an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, a fridge/freezer and washer/dryer, a dining area with seating for six people, a sitting area with a TV, along with a balcony. The bedrooms consist of a first-floor king-size with a TV and an en-suite shower room, a first-floor twin and a first-floor double, as well as a first-floor bathroom. Outside, the balcony hosts furniture, and there is permit parking available for one car. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop and a pub, and within 1 mile, a beach. One well-behaved pet welcome. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. A break in a desirable location awaits at Higher Cliftonville!

There are two lovely beaches nearby, North Sands and South Sands, as well as the National Trust property of Overbeck's, where you may meander around the subtropical gardens. Why not spend a more adventurous day and try out some of the activities offered on the estuary, such as surfing, kayaking, or a leisurely boat ride?
